The Space:

Every detail in the Poppy Suite has been thoughtfully curated to create the ultimate Coronado getaway for you and your loved ones. This recently renovated one-bedroom bungalow offers comfort along with authentic Coronado charm.



This unit is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, providing everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Fully stocked with thoughtful touches, the home ensures you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.



The highlight of the bungalow is its chef-ready kitchen, which is fully stocked to the brim with all the tools, utensils, and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you’re whipping up a gourmet feast or a quick breakfast, you’ll find everything you need to make your culinary creations easy and enjoyable.



The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed with soft Bedsure linens and simple, stylish decor, creating a peaceful retreat. This room is equipped with a brand-new Slumber Solutions Gel Memory Foam mattress to ensure a great night’s sleep.



The spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa perfect for lounging or enjoying a movie night on the flat-screen smart TV equipped with complementary Netflix! Just beyond the kitchen, step outside to a private patio where you can savor meals al fresco or unwind with your morning coffee surrounded by the soothing coastal breeze.



Conveniently located within walking distance to local favorites such as Boney's Market, Coronado Brewing Company, and Saiko Sushi, as well as some of San Diego's finest waterfront shops and restaurants, this prime location puts everything you need just steps away.



Enjoy amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi, a cozy radiator heater in the living room, and a small space heater in the bedroom for added comfort. Both the living room and bedroom have in-window ACs as well. The home also features a combo washer/dryer for your convenience. Family-friendly extras include beach gear, a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, and more, making it the perfect base for exploring Coronado's top attractions!



The Poppy Suite is conveniently located near the intersection of Orange Avenue and Third Street, just off the Coronado Bridge. Please note that Third Street serves as the main road to the Naval Base, which may result in some noise. However, the sounds are largely muffled inside the property. Traffic is heavier during rush hours but typically quiets down afterward. We encourage you to check the location on a map before booking to ensure it meets your needs. Thanks!

Pet Policy:

- Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message.

- Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation.

- Fee: $200; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning.

- Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets. Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets.

- Pets must have their own bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.



Pets must be approved in advance and may incur a pet fee. All pets must be current on flea and tick prevention prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or additional maintenance required as a result of their pet's stay.



Please note that cats are not permitted at any of our properties due to severe allergies experienced by some of our team members and guests.



Flea infestations can be particularly costly and time-consuming to remediate, which is why we require all pets to be on current flea prevention. In the event a pet causes a pest-related issue, including fleas, ticks, or other infestations, guests will be responsible for all costs associated with treatment, remediation, repairs, and any resulting damages to the property.

Additionally, there may be guests staying in the unit to the left of you during your stay. As is typical in multi-unit buildings, some noise transfer can occur, but we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels for a comfortable stay for everyone.



Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with the property’s location. Thank you for your understanding.



This unit does not have central A/C or heating. However, an A/C unit is provided in the living room, and a radiator heater is available to warm the space over time. For added comfort, the bedroom is equipped with a small space heater.



We’re happy to provide champagne, wine, and/or chocolates upon request for an additional fee. Please feel free to inquire if you’d like to add any of these to your stay. 🍾

Cancellation Policy:

Our nightly rate includes a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This applies to all booking platforms and direct bookings, except for those made through Airbnb.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected events like flight delays, illness, or emergencies. While our cancellation policy applies as stated, travel insurance can help cover non-refundable costs and give you peace of mind before and during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Getting Around:

There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.
