Summary:

Located in the heart of Avondale, this apt has restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more w/n a mile. Our apt has all you that need to stay comfortably like a local, including full kitchen and an in unit washer/dryer.



Nearby neighborhoods include San Marco & Downtown Jacksonville. You're also within 25-35 minutes drive from the following: Mandarin, Orange Park, Nocatee, Jax Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach and you're approximately 45 minutes from beautiful St Augustine.



The Space:

The space includes a full size kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you would need for a long-term stay or cooking at home on a recurring basis. We have a beautiful breakfast nook off the kitchen for taking meals or having a warm cup of coffee in the sunshine to start the day.



Off the kitchen is our living room equipped with a Smart TV to access your favorite app subscriptions. The living room also includes additional closet storage and a washer/dryer combination unit for guests to use during their stay.



At the rear of the apartment is the master bedroom with King size bed. Relax and unwind in this large bedroom with both dresser and closet storage available.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment (unit 1). They also have access to the front of the building's dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking available as well. There is a courtyard at the back of the apartment building that is a shared space including additional washer and dryers (coin operated) and lounge furniture.



The Neighborhood:

Riverside & Avondale are known as the happening spots in Jacksonville. With Hawkers, Crane Ramen, Biggie's Pizza, Hoptinger, and many more delicious restaurants and trendy bars right around the corner in 5 Points, it is hard to be bored in this area of town.



Grab some coffee or work remote from Bold Bean or Starbucks.



Getting Around:

Jacksonville is a widespread city and most establishments are not within walking distance of the apartment. We recommend traveling by car/vehicle or planning to utilize Uber/Lyft or other driving services while in town.

To help ensure a smooth, secure, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following important information before booking:



Check-In & Identity Verification Policy



All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:



-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity

-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement



This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.



If you would like to review the rental agreement before booking, please feel free to contact us.



In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.



Guest Count & Occupancy Policy



Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:



-Studios & 1 bedroom units: $20 per guest, per night after 2 guests



Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.



Pet Policy



This is a pet-friendly property. While our cleaning team is thorough, guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that dogs or cats may have stayed in the space previously.



Pet fees:



-$20 per night, per pet

-$100 per week, per pet

-$200 per month, per pet



Pet fees are not included in the accommodation rate and will be requested after booking once the number of pets is confirmed.



Local Reservation Policy



Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy



Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. If approved, the following fees apply:



-Up to 1 hour: $130

-1–2 hours: $300

-2–3 hours: $450

-3+ hours: $600 or the cost of an additional night (whichever is greater)



Please do not assume availability without confirmation.



Smoking Policy



Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.



Special Request Policy



Requests for items such as pack-n-plays, high chairs, or other non-standard amenities should be submitted at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. Requests made closer to arrival will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Stylish comfort, walkable convenience.

Freshly appointed, comfortable apartment in quiet, historic neighborhood. Impeccably clean. French doors open to serene balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, sit in the midday sun or enjoy a drink in the cool shade later in the day. Easy walk to Avondale shops, King and Park, 5 points, and Riverside. Would definitely stay there again. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful building/great location

The condo was very well appointed and nicely decorated. Seems recently updated and the location cant be beat. Short walk to great restaraunts and stores in The Shops of Avondale. Great neighborhood for walking with stately homes all around.
