We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

This beautiful coastal design house is located just 20 minutes outside of St. John's, in
Conception Bay South. It features breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Right
outside the front door are walking/biking trails and a rocky beach for guests to enjoy.
Just a 15 minute walk down the trailway guests can enjoy a lovely pebble beach where
you can wade into the ocean and enjoy swimming in the cool salt water of the North
Atlantic.

Access with a smart lock code, you will be sent your unique access code prior to check-in
The entire unit is yours to live in and enjoy! We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.

For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee


The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom
features a cozy queen sized bed, ensuite and private access to its own ocean front
balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. The dining table has sitting
space for 6 people. The kitchen also has a raised peninsula with extra seating for 2
people. The living room has a propane fireplace and amazing ocean view.

Downstairs hosts a separate living space for guests to enjoy board games, puzzles or
just a quiet space to read. For those who wish to work remotely or want to engage in
spending time learning more about the amazing things Conception Bay South has to
offer, the downstairs also offers a dedicated workspace, complete with a desk and chair.

The back deck is set up with a BBQ and patio furniture for relaxing outside on nice
days.

Conveniently located trail was once the old railway track which historically carried
visitors across the island on the Newfie Bullet. The Newfoundland railway closed in the
late '80s, and has since been transformed into a beautiful walking/running/biking trail. It
can be accessed right outside The Mooring's front door and can take guests on a
walking or biking adventure east to St. John's or west along parts of the island's
coastline.

Your health and safety is our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.
