Great location, great house for kids, had everything we needed. Loved the large table on the porch and the chairs on the front porch. Only issue was cleanliness, made the property manager aware so they could fix the issue after we left.

Everyone was very pleased with our stay at this property! It looked even better in person. It was clean, spacious and accommodating. The only thing was showers stopped running as hot as we’d like them to but over all it was a very nice stay. I’d book again

Great Location with Views

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 1 child. We loved gathering around the large dining table for game night. The location was peaceful but still an easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We’d definitely stay here again!

Do not stay here unless you enjoy cold showers and being lied to. My teenage daughter and I stayed here for the weekend along with 2 other moms and their teenage daughters to be close to a volleyball tournament. We woke up Saturday morning needing showers before heading to the tournament only to find that there was no hot water. Messaged the host around 8 am to report the issue. Finally heard back from host around 9:30. She apologized and said that sometimes the pilot light goes out and they would send someone out to fix it, but it would be about an hour. We had to get to tournament and didn’t have time to wait… so had to take miserable ice cold showers. Upon returning that evening to the cabin… there was hot water and the girls were able to take showers. However, the next morning, the moms who went to shower found no hot water once again. Pilot light out. Ice cold showers again. Contacted the host and she apologized and said she would send someone back out later that day to fix it again. But that was the day we were checking out. So showers had to be taken before we left. Ice cold! Host apologized and verbally stated on the phone that she would contact me later letting me know how she would make up for the inconvenience. Long story short… host decided to do NOTHING to compensate for us not having hot water most of our stay! Even after saying that she would. If you know that a pilot light going out is an issue… make sure this is resolved before you have renters!!!

Great Family Vacation

The property was centrally located to all activities. Everyone had their own seperate area in the house and the game room was put to good use. There is a lot of construction in the area so we woke up everyday to heavy construction equipment traveling in front of the house! Other than that we had an amazing adventure!

Unit had not been cleaned well. Dog hair all over rugs and floors, counter tops were sticky with sugar on them.Patio door did not lock. Pictures fell off the wall, remote for light and ceiling fan in our room was gone, bathroom door would not close in our bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all you need to cook with. Game room was nice for kids. There were cleaning aids as well but they charge cleaning fee and I should not have to clean up after previous guests.

Place was beautiful, but would’ve been better if it was on the cleaner side. For the amount of money we paid I felt like the cleanliness of the house should’ve been taken more seriously. We found hairs and crumbs in the beds. There were blueberries on the game room floor. The floor also turned our socks black from walking on it not even five minutes from being there. The back door patio didn’t lock and there were issues with the WiFi when we arrived. Although the host communicated well and the sights were beautiful, I don’t think I would be renting again.

Overall the stay was good. Conflicting info on if we could check in at 3 or 4 and then 4pm passed and we still did not have a code to the house and no one replied to my message through VRBO until the day after checkin. However, we called the number provided and it would ring once then straight to voicemail but sending that number a text and someone did reply with the code to get in. Kitchen could have better appliances. Ice maker didn't work (or we couldn't figure it out), mixing bowls were cheap plastic and cracking, only one dish towel, but we were able to get by. The view is beautiful from the dining room but the neighbors could see right in and it was kind of awkward. Would have been nice to have some blinds but then that would block the view. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The kids enjoyed the electronic game, pool and hot tub. Wish we would have known there was a pickleball court up the road as that would have been a fun family activity. Seating areas inside and out were nice and sufficient for the 11 of us.

We did not have hot water for the majority of our stay. Some of our party had to attend a wedding with no shower. When returned from the wedding a couple of showers were taken and the water was gone again. Due to this some of our party did not get a hot shower for our entire stay. After speaking to with the host I was informed that this is an on going issue and that they knew that there was an issue with the hot water heaters in these houses before we came to stay. Hot water is a nonnegotiable and if they had been honest from the start we would not have ever stayed somewhere that hot water was optional. I tried to communicate with them and had to make several attempts at contact and when they did return my correspondence they said there was nothing that could be done. I would not recommend a stay with this home or any other home with this company.

This place is located in a great spot! Easy to get to anywhere and was perfect for our stay. We had trouble with no hot water for the first night but the host communicated and got the problem fixed the next day.
