This place was FULLY remodeled last year and transitioned to an Airbnb. We have new appliances, beds, sofas, etc.

We have a fantastic open living concept with bar seating and a kitchen table. The place is 100% as pictured and you will have PLENTY of space.

Our kitchen is 100% fully stocked for you to enjoy all of your cooking/eating needs!

We are centrally located in Lincoln Park. Lincoln Park is one of Chicago's best neighborhoods! Located next to bars/restaurants/shopping!

My stay at this property was a GIFT. Every space was conducive to a wonderful family Thanksgiving. The apartment was clean, spacious, and stocked with necessities. The location was cool, and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Parking was a challenge, but it’s the city. Once we figured it out, we were parking right across the street. I would stay here again, and recommend to anyone with a large party staying in Chicago!

Everything was great! Cable wasn't working when we arrived and the host delivered a Roku the next day! Clean, comfortable and just a short walk to Wrigley Field!

Great location and plenty of space in the apartment. No problem with the host, as he answered all our questions and was accommodating for an early check in. I was a bit disappointed with some of the smaller details in the apartment. The kitchen and utensils were not very clean, and we had the absolute bare minimum for cleaning products, like no hand soap, cleaning sprays, salt/pepper, etc, so there are some points off there, but you can’t expect too much from these real estate investment companies.

Great property in an awesome neighborhood. Could not have been better for our 2 night stay. Within walking distance of train station, restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommend.

The apartment itself is very nice. The location is excellent. It is very easy to access public transit, both the train and the bus, from this location. It is easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops from this location.

This was the second time me and my friends stayed here (last time was in 2022). Once again, we had a great experience with no issues! The location is excellent, walkable to many things -- we really enjoyed Gotham Bagels and Big Shoulders Coffee in the mornings. We also took e-scooters to Wrigleyville for lunch one day, and it was an easy Lyft/Uber to/from the MDW and other parts of the City. The unit itself was very clean, equipped with everything we needed, and felt safe. Instructions from and communication with the host could not have been more seamless, either.I would absolutely book this a third time. Highly recommend.

Our group of 8 had a great stay at this property. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were all spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was always responsive and communicative, which made everything smooth. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!

This was one of our best VRBO stays ever. The location was exceptional, free street parking was just a few blocks over (and well described by the owner) and the layout of the suite was great. We had one tiny issue arise and the owner addressed it immediately. I read other reviews and I did bring my own handtowels and kitchen dish towels, but there were enough other towels that would have sufficed if I hadn't. The front bedrooms are noisy, but my earplugs blocked it all out. There is also a lot of light that comes through the blinds, which I handled with a sleep mask (the noise and light didnt bother my husband at all). The beds are very comfortable and the closets are large. We used the kitchen stools as extra tables in the bedroom. Everything else was perfect!

Clean, cozy and convenient place for family vacation. Couple of blocks from train station to go to city. We will definitely stay here again for another family trip.

The 2nd floor apartment is a good size and accommodated our family of 5 adults nicely. It's on a relatively busy street so you get some traffic noise in the front bedroom. The amenities are minimal; you get what you need, just don't expect luxurious towels or any extras. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and a decent place to stay.
