Emerald Grande is the premier resort located in the heart of the Destin Harbor with amazing amenities and a location that can’t be beat!

Unit 309 is a privately owned spacious 3 bedroom (all with king beds) / 3 bathroom condo located in the East tower. The condo features a large fully equipped kitchen, two Master Bedroom Suites and a third bedroom with private access to a third bath, so everyone has their own space making this perfect for couples traveling together, friend Get-Aways or for family vacations. The condo has recently been updated to include king beds in all three bedrooms and a new firm mattress in the main master bedroom as well as new living room furniture with a sleeper sofa couch. This condo is easy to find in a very large complex since it is close to the East elevators, however you cannot hear the elevators in the condo.

-The Primary Master Suite has a King bed with a NEW FIRM mattress w/private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom w/large corner soaking tub, separate marble shower and double vanity.
-The Secondary Master Suite has a King bed, access to main balcony, ensuite bath complete w/marble walk in shower and double vanity.
-The 3rd bedroom has a King bed, with separate access to the 3rd full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Sound machines are provided in each bedroom for a restful night sleep.

Also, for our guest's convenience, we offer both a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig machine so bring your favorite coffee and coffee supplies to enjoy on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the Gulf and the harbor.

Once you arrive at Emerald Grande, with so many options within walking distance there really is no need to get back in a car until it is time to check out. Step outside on the HarborWalk Village to find waterfront shopping, popular Destin restaurants and bars, exciting activities, live entertainment, various rentals to include paddle boards, kayaks, boats, jet skis or book fishing charters, sunset dolphin cruises, and the ever-popular tiki boat cruise to Crab Island.

One of the amazing amenities offered is a free water taxi that runs every 30 minutes to take you to Emerald Grande’s private beach equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

Family vacation

We spent a fun week in a great setting . The location is great for enjoying boat tours and enjoying the various restaurants and shops of Harbor walk area. The condo itself had everything we needed to rest and cool off after our day on a dolphin tour or over at the private beach. We are already planning a return visit in the future!

We didn't have a oceanview but thrre are plenty of area on the property you can sit and enjoy a oceanview. However we had to wonderful size balconies. The owner were great with communication and very detail oriented for having the little things available. Having access to the ferry for the beach with towels and chair availability a plus for convenience. Everything was clean and well maintained and leaving off the elevator for the harbor walk made everything easy. Plus the location is a short drive to retails store and restaurant would highly recommended booking this 3 king size bedroom with 3 full baths.

Our VRBO

Our VRBO was amazing! The location was perfect! The place was very clean and homie. Definitely better than staying at a hotel. We had access to the boardwalk and many restaurants. The place was very nice and quiet. The pool there was always packed with people including families. Our VRBO host was amazing and was always available when i had a question. Great host and an amazing experience!

The owners were very easy to communicate with and always quick to answer any questions we had. Check-in was simple and convenient. Towel cards were provided for beach or pool use, which was a nice touch. The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. The kitchen had a large table with seating for eight, plus additional seating at the island, and came fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Location was also a plus because there is so much to do at the Harborwalk in Destin and the private beach is easy to catch the shuttle to and from and chairs and umbrellas are provided for you with the beach attendants.

Well kept beautiful condo and would recommend it for family vacation.

The 10 day vacation was exactly as we expected. The weather was terrific as was the condo. We have visited Destin before and stayed at the Emerald Grande, and would do it again in the future through VRBO.

We loved it so much we decided to buy a condo to share with our families and friends. We are excited to get to share it with other vacationers as well! We enjoy the fact that we are able to fly or drive to Destin and stay at the Emerald Grande without the need to get back in our car to drive anywhere if we don't want to. There are so many things to do within walking distance, which is something we always look for when booking a vacation. Each time we visit we find a new place to enjoy since there are so many options on the HarborWalk Village!
