Construido en 1853, el Canterbury Main tiene vista a los Live Oaks de Chatham Square. Con tres dormitorios y un baño y medio, esta casa puede alojar cómodamente hasta seis huéspedes Lucky en la verdadera moda sureña.

Elevados techos de 12 pies, vigas de madera, paredes de ladrillo visto y hogares ornamentales originales son solo algunos de los detalles que le dan a esta casa un carácter histórico, al mismo tiempo que ofrecen las comodidades modernas que hacen de su estadía el epítome del lujo. Would use Lucky Savannah again.The rental house itself needed major repairs outside. The front staircase into the house was not useable and was falling apart. We had to use the back entrance which was messy and landscaping was not taken care of, very over grown. It shows such potential, but needs TLC. The inside of the house was very pretty and clean. I realize it is very old, but the house needs air purifiers and that would help with the musty smell.The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The bathroom shower had plenty of hot water. More hand towels were needed. The house is a diamond in the rough.With a few improvements the house would be a perfect stay.Again, I would use Lucky Savannah for my next booking. They staff were all fabulous.

Great place to stay for a visit to Savannah’s historic district

Great location for walking to see the sights, eat at great restaurants, shop. Charming and comfy place. Responsive, helpful property manager agents. Off street parking a big plus. Lovely homes and gardens in the neighborhood.

Do not book over the phone

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not have a good experience with this rental company and would not use them again. Everyone was very nice and cordial but my initial dates that I booked over the phone for a military discount were wrong to the point that I missed out on the initial property I booked. My husband was deployed and he did sign the lease without checking the dates so that is his fault but I was super clear about the dates that I wanted to stay and they picked dates where I wasn't even in the state anymore due to a move. The second property that we chose was beautiful but the air conditioner stopped working upstairs and it was 80 degrees out first night and it was super disruptive to have to move my family of five to a new property. The next property we got to was not as pictured and had very loud construction next door so we were not able to unpack or stay causing us to be 45 minutes late to a reservation before we were able to unpack at the next place. Because of the very short notice I didn't like any of the alternate homes that were listed and went ahead and picked the best of the options. This property is okay but you're not able to use the front door and there is caution tape on the porch. You have to enter through a back door and go up multiple stairs so if you have a child in a stroller it is difficult and the home is not very child friendly. This trip was to celebrate a homecoming for my husband and I feel like this rental property just messed up from the get-go and it really negatively impacted my whole trip because we were not able to stay at the initial place that I booked and then we had problem after problem. Again everybody we spoke with is very nice but I did not have a good experience.

Nice to have two parking places. Home has many interesting decorated rooms. Kitchen is small, but usable. Large dining table and seating for up to eight people. Home is clean. Thanks for a pleasant stay in Savannah.

Great location. Walked to everything. Forsyth park was easy and riverfront not much harder. Off street parking great. cons: single bathroom with shower, musty smell initially and windows don't open.

Great Historic Savannah Pad

We loved this 3 bedroom home in the heart of historic Savannah! It’s beautifully decorated with old hardwood floors and a character-filled (slightly slanted) wood staircase. We had a bit of a challenge having the wrong front door code in the instructions (& after we called too) & the wrong parking sign info, but the back door code worked great. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely historic townhouse

Elegant traditionally decorated townhouse with a lot of beautiful artifacts that I would imagine with toddlers or little kids could be worrisome for parents in regards to possible accidents. Very clean comfy bedrooms and perfectly located in a quiet square but walking access to restaurants etc I would recommend for older teens and adults and infants but not elderly or toddlers as the wooden stairs for access to the bedrooms or even to the front door are quite steep. The back courtyard is rustic and charming and parking very convenient.

Can’t beat the location!

A beautiful, historic home so close to Forsyth park! It was nice having a dedicated parking spot as well. It had plenty of cookware but you need to bring all of your own food items to cook with. Lucky Savannah was very accommodating with any issues or questions we had. We were a little rationed in terms of things like paper towels, Toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap but we made do. The stairs are high and steep with a little bit of a loose railing so just be aware if traveling with small children. Overall we enjoyed staying here with the highest postings being location and the character of the home.

Perfect in every way

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the decor, amenities and location, this is the nicest and most convenient property. We were right at home and able to walk everywhere in the historic district. It was so nice to spend our downtime in this comfortable home. I have rented VRBOs around the country and this management company was the easiest to work with, very friendly and responsive.
