Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The open-plan living area anchors the home with a 65" Roku Smart TV and two queen memory foam pull-out sofas - giving the family room the flexibility to seat and sleep the whole group comfortably. Room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning keep things cool no matter the Florida weather outside. A dedicated workspace with a private door and high-speed WiFi round out the practical side of things.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across a range of thoughtfully configured layouts. The primary master suite features a king bed, 40" Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan with remote, direct access to the pool and spa, and an ensuite bathroom with a bidet and soaking tub. The second master ensuite also offers a king bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan, while Bedroom 4 features a full-over-full bunk bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan - perfect for younger guests.

Game room & entertainment
A fully air-conditioned game room with its own Roku Smart TV keeps energy high from check-in to checkout. Arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, and life-size games mean there's always something on the agenda - rain or shine. Streaming is everywhere: Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and more are accessible across the home's multiple smart TVs.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full family feast. A Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher handle the heavy lifting, while a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and full cookware set cover the details. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all included. Pull up to the dining table inside or take meals outside to the pool area.

Outdoor space
The private pool area is the heart of the home. Take a dip in the private outdoor pool - available year-round, open 24 hours, and equipped with pool toys - then unwind in the spa. Sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor dining, and a private gas BBQ grill complete the setup for long, easy days outside. A private backyard adds extra space to spread out. Guests also enjoy free resort access, including a shared gym and tennis and volleyball courts, with no additional resort fees.

Family-friendly extras
This home is ready for guests of all ages. A crib, Pack 'n play, standalone high chair, baby bath, children's dinnerware, board games, and children's books and toys covering ages 0-2, 2-5, 5-10, and 10+ are all on hand. An indoor children's playroom and an outdoor playground keep younger guests entertained, while babysitter recommendations are available if needed. A baby bath rounds out the family amenity set.

Bathrooms & laundry
Three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. The primary ensuite includes a bidet and soaking tub. In-unit washer and dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage - including a walk-in closet, wardrobe, and dresser - mean packing light is always an option.

Practicalities
Self check-in via smart lock, four driveway parking spaces, free street parking, exterior security cameras (front and back, exterior only), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Lake access is available via a path or dock. Housekeeping is available 24 hours a day at an extra cost. The home is single-level with no stairs, and long-term stays are welcome. Breakfast is provided. Pets are welcome.
