Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The single-level layout flows easily from room to room, keeping the group connected without anyone feeling hemmed in. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans hold the temperature at exactly where you want it. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage - including a walk-in closet, closet, wardrobe, and dresser - make it just as comfortable for a longer stay as a quick weekend. Fast wifi at 357 Mbps, a dedicated Ethernet connection, and a private workspace with a door mean staying connected or carving out a few focused hours of work is never a problem.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. Two master suites each feature a king bed and a Roku Smart TV. A third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth is set up with a full-over-full bunk bed. Two queen memory foam pull-out sofas in the family room add flexibility for larger groups. Three well-appointed bathrooms round out the setup, complete with a bathtub and a bidet.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full sit-down dinners. A Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine are all at your disposal. Wine glasses, baking sheets, barbecue utensils, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware complete the setup. The dining table accommodates the full group, and breakfast is provided each morning to get the day started right.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is built for real outdoor living. The inground pool and spa are both available year-round and open 24 hours - heating for either is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, a hammock, outdoor furniture, a shaded outdoor dining area, and a private gas BBQ grill give everyone plenty of room to spread out. Nearby lake access is available via a path or dock, and free resort access provides additional shared facilities just beyond the property.

Entertainment & recreation
The air-conditioned game room is one of the home's true highlights - a pool table, ping pong table, arcade-style games, life size games, and a theme room give the group an entire afternoon's worth of fun without stepping foot outside. For movie nights, a 65-inch HDTV with standard cable and streaming - Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku - has everything covered. Those wanting to stay active will find exercise equipment including a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights, with shared gym access also available nearby. Books, board games, and reading material are on hand for quieter evenings in.

Family-friendly features
Families with younger children will find the home well prepared. A crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, baby bath, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys for ages 0 through 10+ are all provided. A dedicated children's playroom and an outdoor playground give younger guests their own dedicated spaces to play, and babysitter recommendations are available on request.

Comfort & convenience
A free washer and dryer, iron, and all essential linens and toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - are provided for the duration of your stay. The home has a private entrance, a single-level layout with no stairs, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles, with free street parking also available. Self check-in is via smart lock. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front and back of the property - none face any interior areas. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place throughout.
