Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This pet-friendly home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms function as master suites, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, and a fourth offers a full-over-full bunk bed. The family room includes two queen memory foam pull-out sofas for added flexibility. Bed linens, extra pillows, room-darkening shades, and multiple clothing storage options are provided.

Living, play, and work
The main living area features a 65 inch HDTV with standard cable and several streaming apps. An A/C game room invites friendly competition with a pool table, ping pong table, life size games, and arcade-style fun. A children’s playroom includes books, toys, and age-appropriate activities, and younger guests also have access to an outdoor playground. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door is supported by fast WiFi and an Ethernet connection.

Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen offers full-size appliances and space for shared meal preparation. A dining table brings everyone together indoors, while the poolside dining area extends mealtime outside. Coffee is available through both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Outdoor living
The private outdoor pool and spa are available year-round, with heating offered for an additional fee. The backyard includes outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a hammock, pool toys, and a gas BBQ grill. Guests also have access to a lake path and free resort access, along with a shared gym in the building. A private patio and a private backyard provide additional outdoor space.
