The Space:

Soft Florida light fills the living spaces as you ease into vacation mode, with room for everyone to spread out and settle in. Mornings start unhurried - coffee in hand, plans unfolding at your own pace - and evenings wind down with laughter and shared meals after full days exploring the area. This is a place designed for together time, where comfort and convenience shape the rhythm of your stay.



The home

This entire villa accommodates 16+ guests across 9 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, making it well suited for large families and groups. The layout is thoughtfully divided, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and 7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms upstairs, offering flexibility and privacy across levels. The living room provides generous seating for gathering, while the open flow between shared spaces makes it easy to reconnect throughout the day.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen anchors the home, equipped for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to sit-down dinners. Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space support group meals, with indoor dining complemented by outdoor dining areas when you want to take things outside. Whether you’re planning a family feast or keeping things simple, the setup supports easy, communal living.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private outdoor pool just beyond the back door, paired with a patio that invites relaxed afternoons and laid-back evenings. Pool heat is available, and a BBQ grill adds another option for shared meals. Loungers and outdoor seating make the space equally suited for downtime between outings or slower days at home.



Resort amenities

Located within the Windsor at Westside resort community, your stay includes free access to shared amenities such as the water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, and gym. A hot tub is also available within the community amenities. These shared spaces offer variety without requiring long drives, giving you options for both activity and relaxation.



Comfort and convenience

The villa includes air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and self check-in with a smart lock. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, along with family-friendly features like a high chair and Pack ’n play. The property is pet-friendly, and long-term stays are allowed.



Location

Set in Four Corners, Florida, the home offers easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all within a comfortable drive, making it simple to balance full park days with restful evenings back at the house.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
