Covered Wagon Camping w/ Salt Water Hot Tub

Welcome to our cozy covered wagon, nestled in the peaceful woods with beautiful views. This unique camping experience offers a one of a kind getaway for nature lovers seeking tranquility and relaxation. Step outside for a hike, unwind in the salt water hot tub, or chill by the camp fire. Escape the hustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature at our covered wagon on the hillside.

There are 3 wagons scattered throughout 40 acres. We've got marked trails & lights leading up to each wagon. We just ask that you are respectful to our other guests & don't walk into their space. There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. Theres a steep hill that gets you into the parking lot. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trials you can walk.

TAKE NOTE:
* There’s a small walk to the wagon from the parking area.
* While we allow a pet. We ask that you only bring 1 pet due to the size of the wagon.
We also ask that they DO NOT climb onto any furniture or lay on any of our blankets. We do our best to keep fresh whites in this wagon & your corporation is greatly appreciated.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Bedding for each Bed
Towels and Washcloths (# on reservation)
Roll of Paper Towels
Paper Plates and plastic utensils
2 Trash Bags
Coffee (Medium Roast) 2 packets
2 Rolls of toilet paper
Bath essentials - Body soap, shampoo & conditioner
We also have basics like - salt, pepper, oil, foil & baggies.
*But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need*

Bring your own flashlight and Umbrella!

In case you missed it this Wagon does not have a Tv.

There is a washer and dryer available for your use located in the shed. The trail leading to this is located next to the hot tub.

NOTE: While we allow 1 pet. We ask that you only bring 1 pet due to the size of the wagon.
We also ask that they DO NOT climb onto any furniture or lay on any of our blankets. We do our best to keep fresh whites in this wagon & your corporation is greatly appreciated.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.

Excellant getaway

We had a great time staying at the wagon. It's very nice and comfortable inside with everything needed. Cooking and eating outside was great. We had everything needed for a great weakend stay. The stray cat was our only distraction.

What a unique property! We loved this little secluded getaway and ability to bring our pup with us! Host super responsive. The heat and a/c in the wagon worked great and the bed was very comfy! Glad we have a four wheel drive to get to the place...but it is well worth it. Would definitely return!

Unique!

This was a wonderful fun and unique experience. All the benefits of a home in the seclusion of our own private campground, complete with the beautiful sounds of nature. The hot tub and firepit were fabulous additions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and have recommended to all our friends.

Such a unique and beautiful place to stay. The wagon is located so close to everything. The hot tub was a nice extra for the middle of the day when we had down time. You do have to walk down a trail to get to the wagon which is about a minute walk from where you park your car but not bad at all. I defintaley suggest a flashlight for the trail if you are arriving at dark. Very clean wagon and beds are very comfortable. There is a small dorm size refrigerator and a blackstone grill outside. Inside has all the things you will need for cooking and a microwave and toaster.

Book your stay in this hidden gem!!

My husband and I are retired and plan to travel at least once a month and stay in different places… We are used to sleeping in tents and hiking the Appalachian Trail so the accommodations in the covered wagon were five star to us… The bed was comfortable, and it was very clean and decorated nicely! Unfortunately, we went in December when it was cold and windy and we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outside with the fire pit and the hot tub… But we will definitely be back for that! Do yourself a favor and book this unique experience!

Our stay in the Covered Wagon was fabulous! The wagon is much bigger on the inside than it looks from outside. The property and pictures are exactly as described. The host provided a small black stone grill and mini fridge outside the wagon. We didn’t use the grill but the fridge was much appreciated. This camping site is secluded and yet very close to places we wanted to visit. We are hoping to return around the same time next year!

If you want to get away and relax this is the spot. It's about a minute walk from where you park to the camp area. Just secluded enough to feel so private, but you'll still hear horses not far. The wagon was wonderful, bed was comfortable and the hot tub was to die for. I didnt see it listed anywhere but there is a mini fridge on site which was amazing to find once we got there. It's a wonderfully unique experience, one we will be doing again any time we're back in the Lancaster area!
