Gorgeous view from the deck of the ocean. The place is in need of a little TLC which owner promised to take care of.

Great, much needed vacation!!

What a great room, resort, and location!! Such a beautiful view of the ocean from the 14th floor balcony, accessed from the bedroom and/or living room. Loved the extra amenities such as the beach chairs, umbrella, and beverage coolers. The resort had a great pool, two hot tubs, tiki bar, easy beach access, and ample lounge chairs. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Apartment

The unit was as described, very clean &comfortable. There was a nice large balcony where we enjoyed breakfast with a great view of the ocean. The apartment was fully equipped, great location & great beach. We also rented a car which was very nice. David, the owner was great to deal with and very helpful. We will definitely be back again !

we enjoyed our stay in the unit, it has a king bed and 2 sofas that can be used as beds - one for a smaller person and the other is leather but plenty of covers, linen and pillows. No house keeping as it's privately owned.

Perfect Getaway

The place was exactly as described. We had the time of lives. It was our first time going to the beach and this place was paradise for us. We made quick trips to Miami Beach (which was too crowded and too much for us), went to Lauderdale by the sea (also too crowded and too many tourists). This place had it all beachfront access, and a swimming pool with direct access to the beach (best of both worlds). David was attentive and made sure we were having a great time and would respond quickly. We are definitely coming back! If you are looking for a relaxing place to escape the crowds and all the noise, this is the place to be. Family friendly. Very close to shop, food, and a Walgreens for all the things you may have forgotten. We recommend this place.

Excellent unit in an excellent building!

This apartment was wonderful! Spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed- sand toys, tons of towels, etc. The view from the balcony was great, and the sleeping arrangements were great for me and my 3 kids. There was space for the air mattress and fold out bed in the living room AND the regular couches and dining room table. The building is great. The pool has zero-depth entry which is perfect little kids. The bar by the pool makes lunch and drinks throughout the day easy. The entrance to the beach is right off the pool, and for three days, we just went between the beach, pool, and sleeping in the room. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this unit! Wonderful vacation! We'll be back!

The condo is fairly nice. Newer appliances, comfy bed, nice patio, and nice bathroom. Had a very bad experience with the owner. First it wasn’t cleaned before we came so we had to spend the night in the hotel that this unit is at (double tree). Luckily the owner paid for that hotel night and apologized. When we did check in when it was done being cleaned, it was not cleaned well. There was a hair ball in the sink and visible dust on the furniture. Also there was no basic supplies available like toilet paper! We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towel, soap for the bathroom and kitchen, towels for the kitchen. I told the owner about this and he said he would have the maid reclean the room (which he never did) and offered to reimburse me for the cost of these items (but never did). Additionally there is a umbrella which is for the beach but it is really crappy and we didn’t think it would stay in place on a mildy windy day so we didn’t use it. Also there weren’t pillow cases available for all the pillows on the bed (gross) so we had to find a maid for the hotel and have them give us some. Overall I think the property is poorly run by the owner. He told us we were getting a “deal” but I would have rather paid more and been better cared for.

Great stay!

David the host was great. Excellent communication and very helpful. The condo was very clean and organized. Gorgeous view of the ocean with nice balcony for sitting. Bed comfortable and large roomy bathroom. Condo a bit outdated and could use some minor updating but for the price its nice. Right on the beach! There was some construction going on so pool wasn't open until the weekend but was nice once open. The area is super convenient to everything you need. Good restaurants and markets. Definitely worth visiting the area.

Super clean apartment with ocean view

We enjoyed our stay here! Bathroom is big and modern. It is super relaxing to sit on the lounge chair in the balcony, watching the ocean.

Perfect Getaway!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Modern furniture, so close to the beach, beautiful views! David was so nice and accommodating. The room was well equipped… Everything you need is there! I would definitely recommend this place and will plan on returning as soon as possible!

Great location!

Location was excellent, right on the beach! We didn’t spend much time in the unit except to shower and sleep. It was spacious and had plenty of towels and linens. We would stay here again!

We booked this property because it was right on the beach and, despite the poor quality pictures, the reviews rated it very highly. However, once we checked in, we realized that both the building and the unit were in terrible condition that we did not feel safe staying there. The lobby and elevators of the building looked like they hadn’t been updated or maintained in 30 years. The door to the unit was so beat up it looked like someone had tried to break in. The air vent in the ceiling right when you walk in was covered in dust. The dining table was missing a support piece causing it to wobble. My son almost tipped it over on top of himself. The cabinetry in the kitchen was very dated and damaged. We were so disappointed that we immediately rebooked to stay at another hotel down the street.

UNCOMFORTABLE CATFISH

LET ME JUST STATE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCOMFORTABLE DAVID MADE ME FEEL.... I wish I could attach our text messages. He didn't state who he was or anything just what time are we arriving to the condo. A little weird but was okay. Then the next morning called me at 9AM wanting to know if we were in the condo & thought maybe I need to talk to him i said no i was sleeping actually. He proceeded to send me picture of his child with "my son. mini me." with the text. I was so uncomfortable that whole experience that it made me uncomfortable staying there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL! Bathroom: -jet tub didn't work -no hot water at all in sinks -only 2 washcloth -MANY half used bottles from previous users Bedroom: -no smart tv in the bedroom -loose wires coming out of DVD player Kitchen: -just a nightmare.... -looked like a junkyard scrap kitchen... -nothing was really organized, constantly felt like we were opening everything to figure out were things go -trashcan was broken -no trash sacks so didn't really know what to do with all our stuff since hotel doesn't stop by Living Room/Balcony: -the couch was DEVINE and soooo comfy. Spent a lot of time there. -had smart TV but wasn't logged into anything sooo not too handy -the balcony doors were the biggest pain to get open, couldn't even use the ones in the bedroom -laundry was in the washer and dryers when we arrived THAT WASN'T OURS

Great Location, but Bad Timing

The weather and location of our stay was great, however, access to the beach was not allowed to the guest Wednesday - Friday. Because we didn't have to sign in upon our arrival, we didn't receive pool bracelets or gym key. The condo was dated and we expected some sort of upgrades for the price we paid.
