This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo located in The Havens at Barefoot Golf Resort. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 9 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom with 1 full on the bottom and 1 twin on the top as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. No garage access!

This ground floor condo is in a secured building and offers a spacious layout that provides plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the living room.

The Havens has it's own private community pool & BBQ area. Guest also have access to the North Tower pool & hot tub which is located right on the waterway overlooking the marina. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse. The condo was a great place for the family. Quiet and just the right size for us all, 5 adults and 1 toddler. Check in was right down the road. Pool was right across the street and convenient. Played at one of the Barefoot courses.

Amazing area, great amenities, quiet neighborhood

I had a little trouble finding the condo as the GPS directs you to the other side of the neighborhood. However, the unit was clean and extremely spacious, and the pool was nice. For easier access while on vacation, it would have been more convenient to be given the code to the lobby door, as there is a keypad at the entrance. Despite this, my family and I would definitely book again.

Our condo was definitely spacious and decently clean. The palmetto bugs (I was told they where water bugs but they a cockroach) were everywhere. I have stayed in Myrtle beach 11 times in 13 years and never ever had an issue with them in the condo itself. Waking up to bugs crawling on you is not pleasant! The master bed mattress was difficult to sleep on because you sink so fast it makes it almost impossible to rollover or move. We also couldn't enjoy the screen porch because the screens were covered in plexiglass so the porch super hot and muggy really fast......but other than that, it was quiet and the pool areas are great! All major needs were met. The location was good and we will definitely consider going back but we will be better prepared for the bugs....

Spacious and clean, but technology and resort amenities lacking

While the condo was beautiful and very clean, we ran into a number of issues with the internet while we were there. As a mom and dad trying to work and with 2 pre-teens, internet was a necessity and the problems were frustrating. To check in and check out, you need to go to the property management office. Contactless check in and out is the norm now. It should be here too. Finally, no information on the resort or its amenities was shared upon check in - what pools can we use? Where are they located? Where are the dumpsters since we need to take out the trash when leaving? Better technology/tv and more information would have made this a much more enjoyable stay.

Spacious & Clean; looks exactly like the pictures.

My husband, my kids and I stayed here for 7 nights and the place looks exactly like the pictures, and then some! (The fridge and stove in the pics are white, but were actually stainless steel!). The pool was nice, and very warm. The other residents/renters we encountered were pleasant and the area is very family friendly! This is our 4th summer staying in North Myrtle (in this area specifically) so we are familiar with the attractions, and restaurants that are nearby. The apt is spacious, and was cleaned well….HOWEVER, there was a lot of bugs in the apartment itself. Water bugs, little fruit flies, and spiders!! My 4 year old was bitten on her arm by a spider during our stay, which we were not happy about. There are plugins in the kitchen used to combat the bugs, but you all should really invest in a GOOD exterminator. I get that water bugs (palmetto bugs) are native to the SC region but SPIDERS that bite are unacceptable. Also, we heard people walking, running, flushing the toilet, etc above us while staying here. All day. All night. Overall our trip was amazing, and the check in/check out process was a breeze! I would definitely book with NB Vacations again, I just wouldn’t want stay at this property again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the town with easy access to all the major attractions, shopping and more. It made exploring much easy with everything near by. The design and decor were elegant and modern, creating a welcoming and luxurious beach atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the property was truly impressive and added to the overall charm. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful pool area. The pool provided a relaxing oasis where I could unwind and enjoy the sunshine. I was disappointed when a resident/ guest from the floor above knocked on my door and mistook me for housekeeping, and complained about the bathroom air vent leading to an unpleasant interaction. I felt racially profiled as a Hispanic individual and found it concerning. It's natural for people to use the bathroom during their stay, and I shouldn't have to worry about causing any inconvenience in someone else's room nor having them knock to complain to us. Furthermore, being on vacation should be an stress-free experience, and this incident added unnecessary tension to me and my families stay. Overall, experience was exceptional. The combination of the ideal location, stunning property, and inviting pool truly memorable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with the condo. They are in need of some repairs. Multiple pieces of wood on the floors came up when you walked over them. The back screen door got stuck because it doesn't sit flush against the frame. When we tried to get it open the entire door handle fell off.
