★ "The Tower" is a nationally-registered three level 1880's Eastlake style Victorian in the Brewers Hill Historic District.
★ This unit comprises the upper two floors for groups up to 10.
★ The first floor unit will be unoccupied during your stay.
★ Wedding parties, reunions, and other gatherings will enjoy an unforgettable experience in this one-of-a-kind property.
★ Professionally managed by our local team.
The space
★ Originally built by a German parlor furniture maker, we suspect this home with all of it's ornate detailing was something of a showpiece for the owner's talents and style.
★ The home was originally located a few blocks away from where it currently sits and was moved (most likely by a large team of horses) sometime around the turn of the 20th century.
★ This listing is for the upper two floors of the home (the full property including the first floor can also be rented if you need more space).
★ The second floor features a large primary bedroom with king sized canopy bed, plus two additional bedrooms with queen beds.
★ This floor also features a luxurious living room and dramatic wallpapered dining room, plus a convenient office nook off the living room.
★ The third floor features another full kitchen and comfy open concept living room/hangout space with access to the inside of the iconic tower, plus two more bedrooms with queen beds and renovated bathroom with luxury walk in tile shower.
★ There are front and rear staircases in the home to move between the floors and the many rooms and spaces to discover!
★ Enjoy a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 full kitchens, and 2 living rooms!

★ Guests will have access to the upper two floors of the home during their stay.
★ A unique access code will be generated for guests to access the home via smart lock on the front door.
