Ideally located for fun and recreation, you’ll find Key Colony Beach Golf, Sunset Park, and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters all within a two-mile radius. Spend a day playing a leisurely round of golf, lounging in the sugary white sands, and interacting with exotic marine life. Nearby, the iconic Seven Mile Bridge (10 miles) offers stunning views of the surrounding waters and islands.

Closer to home you’ll delight in ample community amenities such as a shared pool, hot tub, and tennis and basketball courts. After challenging a friend to match, take a refreshing dip or indulge in a rejuvenating soak. There’s even an outdoor grill for those hoping to grill up the catch of the day while soaking up some sun.

Step into this little piece of paradise and be greeted by an open-concept living area with high ceilings, elegant decor, and plush seating. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Cameras are located on the driveway, dock, and garage

Dock details: Home has a 21.5ft pier dock for guests to use. Each side of the duplex gets one side of the pier. Boats can extend slightly beyond the end of the pier but there will be nothing beyond that to secure the boat to.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
