The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and outdoor cooking is a breeze with both a gas grill and a Weber grill available for your use (charcoal not provided/propane not guaranteed). This end unit offers a deck and a screened-in porch, providing views of the large playground below. Just 550 feet away, you'll find the new pool and updated tennis courts. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of courts available, including pickleball, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, and tennis. For stays exceeding 28 days, the Guest is responsible for paying the electric bill. The Guest must contact Indiana Michigan Power to have the electric service transferred to their name for the duration of their stay.
