Balcony ceiling construction will take place between November 3 - 17, 2025. There will be noise radiating throughout the building during that time. Rates have been adjusted to reflect the inconvenience.

Romar Place 306 - Looking for the perfect condo for your vacation getaway? This is it! Romar Place #306, a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo on the third floor boasting a beautiful, direct view from your spacious, wraparound corner balcony to sip coffee (or your favorite beverage) , watch and listen to the waves, and soak in the serenity of the beach. Each bedroom has a private, full bathroom. Wake up to sun and Gulf Views from the Primary Bedroom hosting a King Bed, Smart TV, and Balcony access. Guest Bedroom #1 holds a Queen Bed and Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 has another Queen Bed, Smart TV, and a private, side balcony. The entire home is updated with cozy decor and comfortable seating in the Living Area with a Large Smart TV and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Gather the whole family around the fully stocked kitchen and dining area to create great meals and talk about the amazing time you are having!

When not hanging out in the home, Romar Place has perfectly appointed amenities including a large, Gulf Front community pool with a tanning ledge, an indoor heated pool with a hot tub, a sauna, a small fitness room, and private access to the best beach in the world! Our beaches have just undergone restoration giving all of us more space for enjoyment!
Romar Place is a super safe place to stay with 24 hour security.

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

* All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**Saturday to Saturday rentals only from Memorial Day through Labor Day**

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Parking Passes and wristbands are required and handled by the onsite association. They are purchased upon arrival from the front desk. Passes are $50 each and limited to 2 cars.

We love this condo. We have stayed here many times. The views from thr balcony are amazing!! This condo was clean and close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. The sunsets were amazing. THANK YOU!

2 of 3 bathrooms the vanity hot water doesn't get hot. The bedroom across from the kitchen had black marks on wall and a random pill in floor by the window. Which i did not touch because i didn't know what it was. Just a good thing no kids were staying with us. Also couldn't get fan remote to turn light on. Shower head leaks around threads. Kitchen oven light doesn't work. Couldn't figure out how to get the dish tv to work in master bedroom. Other than that we had a good time. Place has a good veiw. Front desk staff & security staff were nice. Wished the door would auto lock when closing the door. 4 digit code was easy to remember.

The furniture in the living area was very worn and dingy. Shower handle in main bedroom had what appeared to be mold inside and bathroom vent appeared to have mold around as well. Loved the location and convenience of the property though.

The unit was nice, but for the price it could have been cleaner. We had to wear shoes or socks inside the unit due to the floors being so filthy. The carpet in bedrooms had stains. The fridge shelves were broken, missing, and/or unstable.The lock was broken on the balcony door in living room (on side wall).On a positive note, the ocean view was spectacular. The ease of beach access was great! Pool and grill area was clean and nice. The security guard, Loretta was absolutely the nicest person we met during our stay! She was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to check on us which made us feel safe and welcome. Loretta deserves a 5-star rating and a bonus!!

We enjoyed the week in this unit. Other than a missing shelf in the refrigerator, the unit was very well kept and comfortable. The property was also very well kept, and it was good to see the rules being enforced to keep everyone safe and ensure a good time for all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the most well-stocked kitchens we've ever had in a rental condo. The balcony was so worth every penny and we spent most of our time at the condo on the balcony looking at the beach and listening to the waves! Meals on our balcony were better than a few of our meals at restaurants simply for the view and comfort! Every piece of furniture was comfortable. Beds were great. Everything was clean and in good condition. Clear communication for check-in and check-out. Small note: each bathroom has a tub, there are no walk-in showers in the unit. That was fine for us, but we travel in a different part of the year with relatives that need a walk-in shower and I wanted to mention it in case others have the same need. Romar Place is managed well and we felt safe for the entire stay. We would stay in this unit with this property manager again and again!

Pros: The condo was very clean. There were plenty towels, washcloths, bedding in the room. The 3rd floor location was great. We had an awesome view of the ocean. It was just as easy at times to take the stairs although the elevator was never very busy. We never waited long for it to pick us up. Being on the corner was great! And the trash chute was just outside our room but far enough away for no smells. Cons: The first night, my granddaughter decided to sleep on the sleeper sofa. The upper part connected to the sofa went down to the floor, no support at all. No one slept on it after that. There were some outlets that did not work. The toaster handle had to be held down to toast anything. The master bedroom stayed warm, no matter what we did. We were also locked out of our room the last night we stayed. Our code wouldn’t work. We had to get another so we could enter the room. Not sure what happened there. All in all, it was a good stay. It was a good location, convenient to shopping and restaurants but in between so the traffic wasn’t as bad and the condo wasn’t overloaded with folks. Thanks for allowing us to stay!
