🅿️ FREE parking for one car, Additional vehicles are $10 per night. Please park in your assigned space.
💦 Well Water. Please do not drink the tap water. Fresh drinking water is provided. Feel free to bring extra bottled water if preferred.
🔥 Fire Pit & Grill. Please bring your own firewood.
🚿 Enjoy a cool outdoor shower and reconnect with nature in a unique way.
🌿 Enjoy a peaceful rural escape where you may encounter native wildlife, insects, uneven terrain, vegetation, and changing weather. Please supervise children and pets, wear appropriate footwear, and use a flashlight outdoors at night.
🐾 Pets Welcome, please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. Bring your own supplies and a blanket if they'll be on the bed or couch. Please don't use kitchen bowls for pets, and always clean up after them. Unreported pets incur additional fees.
🐞 Florida Living. Occasional insects are part of nature. If you notice any indoors, we'll take care of it promptly.
🗑️Please keep outdoor areas free of garbage to avoid attracting wildlife. Containers are located near the driveway.
🚬 Smoking or vaping is allowed only on the patio. Smoking or any type of inhalation inside the accommodation will result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.
💃Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors.
🏞️ Lake & Surroundings. The lake is a natural feature, not a guaranteed amenity. Water levels and surrounding conditions may vary with the seasons and are not eligible for refunds.
🏡Your space is completely private. Another accommodation is about 85 ft away, and the main house is approximately 250 ft away, offering a peaceful stay while keeping assistance nearby if needed.
🏕️Bringing the whole family? With prior approval, additional space to set up your own tent for maximum 4 guests for $10 per person, per night.
