Williamsburg, Virginia, a town synonymous with American history, is the perfect location for fun-filled family vacationing. At Vacation Village at Williamsburg, you are just minutes from the historical sites of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown Battlefield, and American Revolution Museum formerly known as Yorktown Victory Center. Also nearby are two award-winning theme parks Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA. Spread out over 78 acres, the resort features indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a host of other amenities including an on-site Spa designed to enrich your stay in one of America’s favorite vacation destinations.

The architecture of the stately and majestic Vacation Village at Williamsburg intentionally evokes the rich historical heritage for which the area is known. Large two- and four-bedroom accommodations boast living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, fireplaces, king beds, jetted tubs, and furnished balconies or patios. Onsite you’ll also find a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool and hot tub, a spa, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg has one heated indoor swimming pool adjacent to the clubhouse and one outdoor pool (not heated) behind the clubhouse. The outdoor pool is open seasonally from May through September, weather permitting.

Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are available at each pool. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period.

For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool areas, near the restrooms, or on the gates leading into the pool.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg has one outdoor children’s pool next to the outdoor swimming pool. It is open seasonally from May through September, weather permitting.

We offer weekly, planned activities for all ages. A copy of the daily resort activities is provided at check-in.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg has four children’s playgrounds, and they are available at Belle Aire Court, Evelynton Court, Indian Fields Way, and Tomahund Court. They’re open daily from sunrise to sunset.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg has an arcade/game inside the clubhouse on the first floor. It’s open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

The basketball courts at Vacation Village at Williamsburg are directly next to the Indoor Pool and are open from sunrise to sunset.

The tennis and pickleball courts at Vacation Village at Williamsburg are directly next to the Indoor Pool and are open from sunrise to sunset. Complimentary equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis through our Activities Department.

The horseshoe pit at Vacation Village at Williamsburg is next to the tennis courts. It is open from sunrise to sunset. Complimentary equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis through our Activities Department.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg does not have a restaurant on-site; however, for your convenience, we have a sundry, snack, and souvenir shop called “The Pantry” inside the clubhouse on the first floor. It is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Call the resort at 757.253.9100 Ext.1067 for the hours of operation. There are also a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg has multiple charcoal barbecue grills and picnic tables throughout the resort. Utensils are inside the suites as part of the kitchen set-up and housewares. The resort does not provide charcoal. In addition, there are gas barbecue grills on the outdoor pool deck. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vacation Village at Williamsburg has a fitness center equipped with treadmills and weight training machines in the clubhouse. It’s open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

A business center equipped with computers and a printer is in the clubhouse in the back lobby for your convenience. It’s open daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM.

Most A & B Suites at Vacation Village at Williamsburg share one washer/dryer. In most cases, the washer/dryer is usually located at the top of the stairs. The washer/dryer is in the hallway between A & B Suites in a small portion of the suites.

*A $30.00 resort fee collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes WiFi, access to the fitness center and business center, DVD library, coffee/tea in the clubhouse, and use of an in-room safe.
