Built in 2023, Sea La Vie boasts 5 bedrooms that include 3 luxurious King Suites. As one of the highest-rated new properties in Carolina Beach, this house is perfect for your next beach getaway! Spacious with abundant natural light. Private, in-unit elevator from ground level to each floor. Fully appointed kitchen for your enjoyment. Rooftop terrace with expansive ocean views, 3 balconies. Elegant bathrooms. 1 short block with crosswalk to public beach access. Walkable, on a quiet street.
The space
New beach house, with elevator access to all 3 floors. 3 King En-suites.

First floor (elevated) - Bedrooms #3, #4, #5.

Suite #3 has King bed with en suite bathroom, TV and desk workspace.

Bedroom #4 has Queen bed with balcony.

Bedroom #5 sleeps 3+ with full size bunk beds with twin trundle bed. Manufacturer Weight limit on each bunk is posted at 165lbs. Perfect for children.

Hallway has full bathroom with bathtub; Washer/dryer in hallway closet.

Second Floor- Bedrooms #1 & #2

Suite #1 has King bed and double luxury waterfall showers with massage jets. 2 pack-n-plays for babies located in closet.

Suite #2 has King bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony.

Third Floor- Spacious, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with half bathroom and balcony. Dining table seats 8 and kitchen island seats 4. Spacious wet bar/beverage station with Keurig, wine cooler, everything you need to mix drinks. Access the Rooftop Terrace with ocean views from balcony staircase. Brand new living room furniture with plenty of room for guests to dine & gather together.

Great time

Very nicely maintained. We had a few hiccups in trying to get into the place, but I sense that will all be taken care of. Great access to the beach. The downfall for our big group was the lack of seating and for the condition of the furniture and comfort of the living room area. If changes are made in this area, we can see us coming back. Everything else in the home was exceptional.

Family Reunion. Three generations.

We loved the location . They loved be able to just walk back and forth to the beach. It had chairs and umbrellas in the outside storage which was great. Never would have made it without the elevator. The house was well stocked for the most part. We've stayed in few places for different reasons and this was the best stocked house. Hosts were great they kept in contact with us throught the stay. They accommodated us with what we need.we had a great time.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Carolina Beach home! The house was spotless when we arrived and full of natural light, making it feel warm and inviting. The elevator was such a convenient touch, especially when bringing in luggage or groceries.Beach access was just a quick 3 minute walk away, which made it so easy to come and go throughout the day. The home was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and we really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie board, and wagon that were included!This rental had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress free beach vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay!!!

This was an incredible visit. The house was huge, well decorated, modern. It was well stocked in the kitchen and all throughout the house. The proximity to the beach was great and with such amazing weather we spent hours at the beach. Highly recommend!!

Perfect beach house

We had 6 adults and 3 kids stay here and couldn't have been happier withthe house. This house has everything you can thinks out (high chairs, beach toys, wagon for the beach outdoor shower) We also really enjoyed hanging out on the obesvation deck at night and getting to look directly at the ocean. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

Great stay close to the beach!

The house was just a block from the beach access! The house was stocked with cooking essentials and had plenty of room for the 9 of us. There is also an EV car plug (without the cords) for those driving with an EV! We would definitely stay here again. Hosts responded to us promptly when we had some questions. Recommend this property!

Lux beach stay!

JoAnne's place was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the beach -- the bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderfully appointed and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were quite lux as well - especially the two on the 3rd floor. The upstairs shared space was bright and open and had everything (and then some!) that we needed! And the roof deck was a great place to start and end the day! Wonderful stay and great communication -- we were two families with 5 kids between us, ages 7 to 15, and we were very comfortable, with lots of space!
