Hi, it was a pleasure to have such amazing couple. We hope to have you back in the near future! Yes, the amazing views is due to the location of our property, I guess one can't have it all. But fortunately Manzanillo has Uber service since a few years ago and we also have plenty of public transportation. And for those that want to have a vehicle right there anytime, there is always the option to rent one from us :)

Dear Louis, I am sorry to read your review, however let me clarify the following: 1.- The living room has the same ocean views as you see on the pictures (6 & 7 on the listing). Not sure what you mean about having “now” a house blocking the view. The house “in front” of our units has been there for 16 years, 8 years before we started construction on this land. However, again if you look at pictures on the listing, there is a perfect ocean view from the living room. 2.- The ocean view for the bedroom is there as well, if you look at the first pictures on our listing, there is a huge window on top of the bed, you only need to open the miniblinds to see the ocean. 3.- We proud ourselves of having an amazing cleaning place, you can see on recent posts from other renters. I understand that you used the oven and didn’t clean it. Looks like our cleaning lady oversaw the oven and did not clean it; however I do not understand why you did not mention anything to Linda that is always available and willing to help. Same goes with the “cracked kitchen stuff” and the DVD you mentioned. I emailed you to find out how you had found everything and you replied that the condo needed some bowls and utensils that Linda made sure to get you brand new by the following day of your arrival. 4.- Your comment about “people in other condos” also takes me by surprise since as you can see on our listing #201189 located on the same complex, the people staying in December 2016 and January 2017 (same time as your stay) gave us a 5 star. We replaced all the mattress pads in January this year. I checked with Linda and unless they took it with them, there are no new pads, utensils nor pillows in any of the other units. There is however one person that just checked out last week that bought one pillow since he needed to put between his legs for a back problem or something like that. You might be confusing it with that. 5.- Finally I want to remind you that we gave you a special price since you mentioned you were on a budget when first contacted me regarding the loft (listing # 201189), I offered this other unit “White Villa” to accommodate to your budget and you agreed. Pictures at the listing are the same as when you booked this unit. We wish you good luck to find a “5 star” place within your budget that satisfies your 5 star standards.

Regarding the mattress I wish you would have told me or Linda, we could have provided you with the foamy cover, we have some new ones for the guests that prefer a no so firm mattress. This unit does not really come with a private patio and was never promoted as it did, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. The Palapa and terrace area is over 200 square meters and provides a huge beautiful outdoor area for you to enjoy, I am glad to hear you did. We look forward to having you back in the near future.
