During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire two-level condo. Shared community access to two saltwater swimming pools on-site (seasonal), a tennis/basketball court and a clubhouse and fitness room.



Private assigned parking spot is available. Parking is also available for free in designated non-marked spots.



The Neighborhood:

Privately owned and managed condo in the beautiful gated Palisades Condominium complex! The community's location offers unparalleled opportunities for outdoor adventure, including hiking, biking, fishing and boating.

We are located off HH by land, mile marker 14 by water. We have one of the best views of the main channel. You can see for miles from our balcony!



Getting Around:

LOCATION is the key when staying at the lake! We are just minutes to grocery stores, Wineries, Bagnell Dam Strip, golf courses, Osage Beach Premium Outlets, Movie Theatre Go-carts, Miniature Golf, Mainstreet Music Hall, Ha Ha Tonka, Bridal Cave, and the Amphitheatre and more than 200 restaurants with the upscale JB Hooks, Baxters, and Bentleys just around the corner!



Other Things to Note:

The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The pools are serviced and maintained by the Palisades community HOA. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. Pools are opened seasonally.



This unit is on the ground floor (2 flights of stairs down about 23 steps) from the parking lot area. The unit itself is 2 stories.



Please follow any and all posted signs and rules in all areas of the community.

Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

A party or large gathering will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.



No smoking of any kind, e-cigarette, marijuana, cigarettes, or cigars



No Pets!



Boat slip must be reserved in advance prior to your arrival. Please reach out to us after booking so we can obtain all the proper registration info for use of the slip for your stay.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
