Relax with the whole family (pets too) at this private and charming artist cottage, on 20 serene acres, nestled in the heart of Ivy, VA.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself w/ ample parking, comfortable seating and sleeping for 4/5. Fully stocked 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a king size bed and 2 twins perfect for 1 or 2 couples, or couple w/ young kids who prefer separate beds. Relax and unwind on the private back patio or get to work with super fast wifi, printer and dedicated workspace. Plenty to explore with numerous wineries, distilleries and breweries all nearby.

Ample parking for 3 cars right outside cottage.

Living Room:
Main living area features plenty of seating including, full sofa, chairs, a twin daybed with a twin trundle on rollers, full working fireplace, and large SmartTV (streaming apps) Extra bedding and cozy blankets are available for snuggling on the sofa or a 5th guest.

Dedicated workspaces:
Super fast wifi, printer, even a chalkboard that’s well-suited for working, large deck in the bedroom and workspace in the living area.

Kitchen:
The artist cottage has a full well stocked kitchen, with a table for 4/5, stocked with tea, coffee, spices, cookware and a bar. If there is anything you’re missing we are happy to try accommodate your needs. (Included - Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking basics, Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, spices, Dishes and silverware, Bowls, plates, cups, etc. Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, French press Coffee maker)

Bedroom:
Main bedroom features spacious and comfy king size canopy bed with tons of pillows, a desk, mirror, closet, and full bath with all toiletries, towels included. Mounted flatscreen SmartTV with all the apps for movies in bed!

Patio:
Enjoy the back patio with romantic string lighting, seating and a fire pit to enjoy the country view.
Dogs love this place and the freedom it allows them!
Cards, Games and Puzzles - plenty of things to do when relaxing at the Ivy Artist Cottage.

Other things to note:
The host and family reside in the main house with our 2 sweet Dachshunds, a Doodle and a Rhodesian Ridgeback, so please keep your pets on a leash. Guests will have full privacy however if you’ve forgotten anything feel free to text, ask and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Although we do not charge a cleaning fee, Guest will be responsible for any major damage to the unit or furnishing provided. If there is anything broken or not working please let us know during your stay.
