Welcome to our HGTV-inspired retreat at Nokasippi on 9, nestled along the picturesque Nokasippi River. Our property features two short-term rentals: a spacious 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Cottage (sleeps up to 9) and a cozy 1-bedroom/1-bathroom cabin (sleeps up to 4), making it perfect for your next getaway or extended stay. Enjoy breathtaking 'Up North' views of the Nokasippi River and stunning sunsets while you unwind with a cup of tea, coffee, or a glass of wine.
Located just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Brainerd/Baxter, our retreat offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and a plethora of outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and more.
The Space: Experience cozy, vibrant, and professionally cleaned accommodations with picturesque river views. Both the Cottage and Cabin have been recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, featuring boutique kitchens fully equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Each unit boasts a fully stocked coffee and beverage bar, well-stocked kitchens, personal care items in bathrooms, onsite workspaces, window coverings, Smart TVs in Bedrooms and Living rooms, Grills, Firepits, Heating & A/C window units, high speed internet, laundry in each unit as well as a selection of games, books, and entertainment options. Accommodations are thoughtful and well-appointed with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM

Always keep doors closed (prevents critters from entering)
All interior lights and A/C should be shut off and all doors and windows should be closed/locked before leaving.
Outside/ street shoes are not permitted inside the property
In winter months- thermostat should be set between 65-72 degrees

Guests are not permitted to relocate or rearrange furniture and furnishing
