The basement is its own individual unit, with an entry from within the house AND a separate entrance. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchenette and a flexible working space make the basement its own unique space in case you need some separation from the rest of the house

~~ Extra Guest Fee: The nightly rate covers up to 6 guests. A fee of $25 per guest per night applies for each additional guest beyond 4, with a maximum of 10 guests total. This fee is shown upfront in the price breakdown. Otherwise, it's automatically included in the total price before booking.

~~ Late Check-out Fee: Unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee equal to the cleaning fee ($150). Staying past check-out time without notice disrupts our cleaning schedule and overall operations. Such incidents may also be reported to the booking platform as a violation of our house rules. We kindly ask that you reach out in advance if you need extra time. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
