Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. Cozy home away from home

My stay was in a 3 bed 2 bath condo. Beautiful, clean and a great location for direct access to the beach. Rooms were spacious and a furnished kitchen is always a plus. Great host!

Condo was spacious and beautiful, sank in the couches but they were nice, probably bout time to replace them, toilet paper roll holder in master bedroom bath didn't want to hold toilet paper but other than that the place was amazing!!! Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Can't wait to go back next year 😀

Overall Good Stay

I did like the condo overall. The location was good, it had a fridge, washer, and dryer that was super handy. In the livingroom though only the bottom plug-ins worked so you had to choose to watch the tv without lamps on or lamps on only (the livingroom is a little darker at night). Also, there was a ton of nats that flew out of the cabinet when we opened them to look at what kitchenware was provided. The oven range wasn’t totally usable either and I wish they did provide more kithenware than they did. We had to make more than 1 run to the store to get stuff. I really liked that they provide 3 beach chairs and a net if your kiddos want to go crab hunting at night. It’s a great view of the beach and the pool was really nice. I would stay here again, just needs some tweaking.

This was our first time staying in orange Beach. It was absolutely beautiful! We had the best time!

Renting our condo was so easy! We just went through vrbo and booked a room through liquid life rentals! We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix East!

Great location and view with some issues....

Great location & view; clean unit, though we had to wait until ~5:30pm to get into the unit; good property amenities, average property management services; below average facilities maintenance (one or more elevators were always out of service, rats visible near BBQ grill area). Unit had mechanical issues (disposal didn't work and had to be repaired; dryer took multiple times to get clothes dry). The water / shower control mechanisms are old / confusing to use to get water pressure and temp correct. The Unit pictures on-line didn't reflect that there is a new condo construction on-going right next door which now cuts off some of the view and resulted in noise during the days. Also, there was a separate parking pass fee just for a outdoor parking spot.

Would not stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in experience was horrible. The entire day was gone before my room was ever ready. When you are paying close to a thousand dollars per day, this is not good!!!The master bath sink would not drain properly. The master bedroom ceiling fan had dust hanging off if it. And the reason they gave me for the exceptionally late check-in was that they were waiting on a room inspector?? And then the condo was still not fully clean!! I will never book with anyone ever again that utilizes liquid life to manage their property. Underneath the beds was unbelievable dirty as well. The ice machine in the fridge didn’t work. The outside stair wells smelled horribly bad!! The line for the elevator was ridiculous at all times so you had to use the stairs. Then when you want yo access the pool and beach, you must go to the basement level first which smelled like trash constantly!! The Phoenix charges you $55 per car to park but yet they do not repair their parking lot mud holes. I had to straddle huge holes just walking to my car when it rained The sign for the condo on the street is not well marked so it was consistently difficult to turn in at exactly the right spot I will never stay at a Phoenix property again. My first and last time. I go to orange beach every year and have stayed in dozens of properties and this is by farrrrr the worst!!!!

Worst customer service I have Ever experienced

First of all, I was charged a double reservation fee without being told until I had booked it and could not get either of the Fees reversed, the condo was Not clean, we had to wait 2 hours past the expected time to get our room, the parking fee wAs $30.00 more than we were told it would be, the room was fairly clean and nicely appointed but there were trash objects left in different places, disgusting dirty pans and utensils, when I called to voice my concerns, the person from Liquid life was Extremely rude to me(I have witnesses who heard the entire conversation, her only offer to remedy some of my concerns was to send a cleaning crew there which I politely declined because it would interrupt our stay and we could deal wit it, but there was Never any kind of apology about it other than in a rude tone that they had over 100 units to clean that day and it wasn’t possible to clean them in 5 hours plus that they had made sure they told everyone it Could be after 3. Over alL we had a wonderful time, it was a great unit and we would stay at the Phoenix again but defiantly through a deferent agency I think the owners need to be informed about the company running there rental but the agent won’t give me a contact for them. We have been staying in beach rentals for over 30 years and NEVER been treated as rudely as we were this time. I am really a very patient person and understand things happen, but a person can only take so much and I was pushed to the limit by this because of such an unconcerning person that was very unnecessarily rude.

Great space to host!!!

We had a few friends come in from across the country and this was an awesome place to host everyone! Way bigger than it seems in the photos, each bedroom has a ton of space. Great living area and balcony, right on the beach. The only downside was we did have construction going on directly next door. We weren’t notified about it, and it was an eye sore and woke us up every morning. But we didn’t let it ruin our trip the condo was too great. Some advice tho!!! Bring throw blankets, cleaning supplies and hand soap!! Those were the few things that weren’t provided. Otherwise everything was great! We stayed for 6 days, 5 nights and would’ve stayed longer if we could’ve! (And if construction could be quiet ;)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 met for a Spring Break holiday. Although the unit was nice and was close to lots of activities, there were a few inconveniences. First we were offered the unit a day early because no one was staying ahead of us. We passed, but when we checked in we were told the unit was unavailable due to cleaning. We had to wait in lobby for a text that never came. Finally called and was told they were just getting ready to send it. Hmmm. Then once in unit we were told only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no soap for hand washing and no sponge in kitchen. These are little things but in my opinion a small cost by owners for price of unit. We then had to make trip to market to buy these. Overall nice stay. Lots of construction in area due to hurricane damage but that was manageable. Kids loved being close to beach and pool was fun. Fitness center was closed due to Covid.

1st time to stay in Orange Beach

Reviewer Comments: Great view from everywhere in living area and balconyPoor communication between property and Liquid life walked into my condo from the beach and found people on my balcony. When I contacted Liquid life they said they were not notified. Construction people took the broom from the condo with them.Also had an issue with TV remote due to weak batteries. Liquid Life finaly after two days sent someone over and they put batteries in the wrong remote and messed up the TV. We had to call the cable supplier to come fix it. Seems like Liquid life should have done that. Owners closet was left unlocked and we had to notify Liquid Life so we would not the charged. The condo was great and people from Phoenix were friendly and helpful during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay on this property.

The hallway could use some tlc, specifically paint on the walls and repaint door outside because walking up we were like uh-oh but inside did not resignate with what was in the hallway. I will say that the toilets could use new seats, just an upgrade other than that I would not change a thing. I will definitely want to stay here again.

Waiting in the parking lot for the unit to be ready was a bit warm. Otherwise the unit was clean and was in a great location close to the beach and the amenities. I did not like not having extra TP, paper towels, and dish detergent. We had to go to the store and buy these extra items. Overall a great unit.

Can’t find a better beach get away
