Reed Cove Inn was thoroughly enjoyed by our family. There was plenty of room for all and yhe weather was still nice enough to enjoy the outdoor seating areas. The firepit was enjoyed at night while eating s'mores and enjoying each other. The kitchen is the most stocked kitchen I've seen in any homes I've rented before. The home is nicely decorated and cozy. The pellet works well and really does keep the place warm. We loved the fact that we could walk to any store or places to eat. We would love to use Reed Cove Inn again.

We had an amazing time at the Cabin!! Thanks Tara and Adam, your home is beautiful. The house exceeded expectations! The house in this case was even better than the photos which is usually the opposite. The two downstairs king bed rooms are awesome with huge bathrooms. The upstairs rooms are perfect for young adults, kids or other family members that want their own space. The kitchen was spacious and had more amenities than we thought. A few bonuses were the 2 extra outdoor refrigerators which made packing up for the lake super easy. The side patio was amazing, we spent every evening after the lake chilling out there and creating family memories. Each room has a TV which we actually never used since we just enjoyed each other's company all week. Tons of really cool small details which were awesome: Fun sign in book with cool place to put our names into a frame. All of the outlets were clearly marked which made things very easy. The backyard was fun and thy had the coolest custom metal firepit I have ever seen. The location is the best part. Right next to the Hungry Hut which has amazing food and a cool beer garden. Neil the owner is really nice and made us feel like locals. Easy walk to Shaver Lake Pizza, Chunky Bread Coffee Place, the Dorabelle Campground, and if you are feeling the need to party and play pool with the locals the Short Horn bar is great. Amazing stay overall and we will be back. Only downside is we should have stayed 2 weeks. :)

Our family absolutely loved this cabin in Shaver! All of the amenities you could ever want, plenty of space to spread out, and in an excellent location. Worked great for our family with young children. Host was quick to respond to all of our questions.

Amazing Cabin with a Fun-Loving Vibe

We had an amazing stay at this cozy, yet spacious cabin in Shaver Lake! Perfect for our group of friends, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with a warm, fun-loving vibe. We loved relaxing both inside and out, enjoying beautiful weather and the nearby lake—where we lounged on the beach and took a pontoon boat ride. After a day in the sun, the Hungry Hut next door was perfect for delicious burgers and fries. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway with family & friends!

Beautiful!

This property is beautiful! Our family enjoyed this stay immensely. It is a beautiful, clean and cozy space. We had plenty of room to house our group and never feel cramped. The side patio was a great place for early morning coffee or just hanging out visiting any time. It was quite warm the weekend we stayed so it was warm indoors and the upstairs was quite warm in the evening. But as the night wore on it cooled down some. They do say there are air coolers in the bedroom windows, however they were not there for our stay. It does say summer only, I’m guessing the first weekend of June is not yet considered summer. We all survived anyway. Tara was easy to communicate with when I had a question. We absolutely loved our stay. It is on the main road through town so a bit of traffic noise but not overwhelmingly so. We would definitely stay again.

New Year’s Eve 2024

Had a great 4 day stay for new years. We enjoyed being right in town in walking distance to everything! The beds were all very comfortable and pellet stove kept it warm and cozy! Kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the kids appreciated the air fryer! It is newly remodeled very well and clean! Always had hot water and the fire pit outside was fun to have on a chilly night. We would for sure rent this cabin again!

Amazing Location and property

Really enjoyed our family vacation celebrating my husbands 40th. It’s in a great location and large enough to where my kiddos had their own room and there was no fights. They had a variety of board games so the kiddos all all played together and spent quality time. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we enjoyed our stay! 3

Annual Trip to the Lake

This house is in a great location (although be careful with kids on the busy road out front). We were able to drive only a mile, get a day pass and hang out lakefront for the day. The house is huge...everywhere you go there is another room. It is well appointed (three refrigerators) with three bathrooms and five bedrooms and I have no idea how many televisions. We were two families and we each had our own space. We always bring rain the Shaver as no matter when we go, there always seems to be a short little rain storm...because of lightening, we had to cut the lake day short but had a great time at the house. Bonus - right next door to Hungry Hut...great milkshakes and a new little hang out bar in the back. Fun times! Thank you Tara!
