Beware!!
Booked this three months in advance and received an email the morning of my trip telling me my reservation at this location was cancelled - some sort of reservation “optimization” I spent my two hour drive to the hotel with an agent from the Wyndham property group trying to rebook my party of four. This is a group of part friends - part coworkers and we had booked a two bedroom two bath condo (with kitchen) that slept six. Agent was trying to substitute a hotel room with two king beds. I explained that it would not be comfortable for my coworker and her spouse to share a bedroom with me and my friend.
Agent ended up booking a one bedroom suite with king bedroom and pull out sofa in separate living room. When we arrived at hotel we found that it was not a separate bedroom - we were all placed in the same room.
This was a horrifying experience. And I haven’t even started to mention how every time I called I was on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes before I could get to a person. If you read other reviews on this property you will see similar stories.
I called the manager at the original property hoping for some help. He had none. I asked “what if I did not see the cancellation email and showed up here at 9pm expecting to check in to my room?” He told me he would have given me the phone number of the Wyndham Properties and sent me away.
