Welcome to Casa Cascada Pacifica. Casa Cascada Pacifica is located in the gated community of Dos Rios, Mar Vista, Costa Rica. This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath home with spacious rooms. The kitchen has all the updated appliances and is well-equipped with everything you need to cook your family meals. There is a large living and dining area with sliding doors leading to the pool.

The breathtaking ocean views will leave you in awe. The outdoor space has a BBQ and outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets.

Casa Cascada Pacifica can accommodate up to 8 guests. You can enjoy the master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet, or one of the other 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms have two queen beds.

Casa Cascada Pacifica offers a wealth of amenities that will make you want to stay in beautiful Costa Rica forever. You can enjoy the private swimming pool, admire the ocean views or enjoy a walk in the trails. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy either a long or short stay.

We recommend renting a car or golf cart so you can explore the nearby beaches and restaurants.. The entrance to the house is private, and you will have exclusive access to the house.

Enjoy the amenities that the Mar Vista Community offers: a community fitness center and a tennis court for an extra fee, a Club House with a restaurant (Gracia) and infinity pool, hiking trails, and 24-hour security.

You can also go sailing or relax on a lot of sandy beaches in the area. At the end of the day, you can rest in the cozy bedrooms with individual air conditioning. A few days prior to arriving at Mar Vista, I will request from you, your identification number and licence plate. Thereafter, I will send you a QR code which you need to show to the guard. This QR code lets the guard know which home you will be staying at and the duration of your stay. The guard will provide you with the code to enter the gates of Dos Rios. Basically, you will be staying in a gated community within a gated community! Welcome to our Paradise!
