Great place and location

Great find to stay in Miramar beach, very comfortable for our family of 6 and so close to the beach! Absolutely loved it !

Condo was clean. Had the best views! The indoor pool was very useful when the weather got rough. Loved how accessible the beach was. Plenty of shops to walk to (if you’re the walking type, I am not). Overall, will likely book again next year!

We enjoyed our 8 night stay here. A nice, clean condo on the 5th floor. Love the view from the balcony. The decor of the condo gives a nice beach feel. I liked the carpeted floors in the bedrooms and living room, very soft and cushiony. Never waited too long for an elevator. Would highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait come again!

Condo for the kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Do not stay in this unit!

The sleeper sofa couch in the living room is a nightmare! When you sit on the two ends the cushions are so pitiful that you feel the metal framing in your hind end and it makes you slip to the middle. The cushions do not stay in the couch making it basically useless seating. When I messaged the owners they just said “sorry”. There is no way they didnt know what terrible condition that couch was in…before charging over 3,000 dollars for the week. Our family couldn’t even enjoy hanging out in the evenings. I’m almost 60 years old and I had to sit on tne floor most of the time. The oven also takes forever to heat up if you plan on cooking. And the umbrella that came with the unit was not functional so we ended up paying the 300 dollars to rent beach chairs through La Dolce Vita. We’ve stayed at many units in Majestic Sun over past 15 years and this by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.

When we first got there the bathroom in the master room was handled with broken and something like that should be taken care of before anybody checks in we had to wait a day to get it fixed other than that everything was fine.
