Nestled on 2.5 acres, this haven offers tranquility with minimal traffic, providing a serene escape. Convenience is at your fingertips with the Brookshire Bros grocery store just a brief five-minute drive away. For water enthusiasts, multiple Canyon Lake boat launches are within a convenient 15-minute drive, offering easy access to aquatic adventures. Trash collection occurs every Friday, and we kindly request that guests assist by disposing of trash on Thursday evening. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated..

Features Description:
• Security Cameras: For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras may be in use at this property. Cameras are located outside only and do not monitor interior spaces.
• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.
• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
• Pets: All pets must be approved prior to arrival. An approved pet fee of $50 per pet, per night applies. Pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur an unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet.
• Pets are not permitted on the furniture. If you leave the house, your pet should be kenneled or taken with you. Any damage caused by your pet will result in additional charges for repairs. Pets are not allowed in the home while wet, and cats are not permitted. Please respect the rules mentioned above. We love dogs, but we also want to ensure our home remains clean for future guests. If you agree to these terms, we will send you a payment request for the non-refundable pet fee.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.
• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.
• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.
• We can host a maximum of 12 guests (including all adults, children, and infants). For safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.
• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.
• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.
• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinanc
• Please note that we do not accept package deliveries at the property. Any packages sent to the address may not be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We recommend making alternative arrangements for package deliveries during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
• PARKING: There is plenty of parking available on-site.
Please be aware that the garage is restricted for guest use.
• Interaction with guests
We encourage our guests to communicate via their booking platform! We are typically very responsive on the platform and will answer quickly. If there is a time sensitive matter, guests will be provided a phone number as well after booking.

This was our second stay at Paradise Point, beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Lovely hill country views, we enjoyed watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the large backyard veranda. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will be back!

Beautiful House with great views!
We enjoyed out stay, the location was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. The upstairs bunk/tv room was perfect for the kids. Perfect little doggie side yard for our pets, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Overall, a great place with plenty of room for all.

Wedding adventure
Stayed for a wedding at a local venue. Home was as stated with an amazing view! Lots of parking, which was great for us since we had a trailer full of stuff for the wedding. Smooth check in and very responsive hosts! Will stay again if up that way!

Perfect Stay Better View
Communication with Mgmt was perfect, literally replying sometimes within seconds. Home is in new condition and is very well thought out. The house is two minutes from the marina and to the grocery store. Could not ask for a better location if you are renting for lake activities.

8 day stay for a wedding
Our family was down for a wedding and we all stayed in the house. The bridal party used the natural light in the office area for makeup and hair. We had friends and family come by to hang out on the deck and take in the great view. Our dog made use of the artificial turf area like she was a resident. There were a few issues along the way but the management company responded right away we got things taken care of. We would stay here again.
