IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PARKING
Parking is free. Park in the private parking spot in front of the house or on available parking spots.

Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.

- STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk.
Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's expense.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.

Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.You can request mid-stay cleaning services for an extra charge during your stay.

CATERING
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

THRASH: Trash bags should be disposed of in the grey bin located by the front door. Trash collection occurs twice daily. 10am and 2pm. Please observe thrash collection to maintain a clean home during your stay!

ONLINE PURCHASE

If the online seller sends the package via fUSPS, delivery may be unsuccessful as vacation homes aren't recognized as standard addresses by the Post Office, leading to returns.

However, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX can successfully deliver packages. Kindly be aware that we are not liable for any unforeseen issues with your online orders. For further inquiries, feel free to reach out to us.

POOL HEATER

• Cost: Free. Included with your stay all December
• Temperature will not exceed 95F

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
