Paul was great to work with during this stay! He was quick to answer any texts with comments or questions that we had. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Great spot and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go!

Great weekend stay

We had a small family get together and this place worked great! The only bummer was that the indoor pull and hot tub area were under construction for an upgrade. We were looking forward to the hot tub but overall our stay was great!

The views are amazing. The kids loved the pool. We loved enjoying the mornings and evenings on the huge balcony. The condo was also in a great location to access some of the tourist attractions. We enjoyed the old-school arcade and malted monkey nearby. While ours was a family trip, this would be a great condo for an adults weekend.

Beautiful view from balcony. Parking to visit outdoor pool is rough. Would have been nice to know indoor pool and hot tub were under renovation or construction before getting down there and looking for it!

I apologize about the pool. There was a last minute incident where someone broke glass in the pool and they had to empty it. I did not get much notice on it.

A few slight issues at check in, but was resolved quickly when I reached out to the property manager. Lovely unit with nice water views and perfect for my family. My grandkids enjoyed feeding the ducks and turtles and the use of both the indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool was dead bolted on Sunday and wasn't able to get in, but it was overcast and sprinkling a bit so just went ahead and enjoyed the outdoor pool. Host was readily available to answer and questions and very accommodating. My spouse enjoyed the nearby golf course while the grandkids enjoyed the nearby strip. Would definitely stay again at this property.

Ok…

Decent property/location. Clean. Easy in/out. Dryer not working-contacted owners listed and one never responded, one said he was aware but wasn’t sure when it was being fixed. No followup. Was a bummer, with a bigger family and being in/on the lake, a heads up would have been appreciated. Pool was nice/clean. It’s a little bit of a walk to the outdoor pool, so be aware when taking littles.

I have never wrote a bad review & I have been using VRBO for many years but the communication w/this host was terrible. The listing clearly states boat slip additional & that is completely inaccurate. I sent the first message to the host on May 23rd for stay July 2-5 requesting the information on getting a boat slip. Host replied w/message that he would forward me the information & he never did. I sent a follow up message on 6/10 & 6/19 w/no response. I did receive a message from the host asking me what size boat on 6/21 & I replied but received nothing back. Sent yet another message on 6/25 & again no response. Needless to say we hauled our waverunners all the way down & there was no where to even park the trailer. There was a ramp that we could use but no place to park the trailer. There were two trailer lots but they were completely occupied. We had to find & pay for parking at another location. The WiFi password that was sent in the check in email was incorrect & the one that was on the table in the condo was not legible. I sent the host a message requesting the password & again no response. Grandson could not use his tablet before bedtime & I could not log onto work laptop. Last issue & I understand weather is out of the hosts control but there was a terrible storm on 7/4 & the condo lost power & we never regained it prior to us leaving on 7/5. Our kids and grandson had to sleep in the car because it was so hot inside the condo. Paul said would call me back never did!

Andrea, I am truly sorry your experience was not as good as we expect to provide to all of our guests. There were some unexpected events that we will work to the best of our ability to prevent in the future. While we typically can find boat slips at our guests requests they are not always available. I tried to communicate that to you. The correct internet password is posted right next to the TV. I will review its location and see if there is a better place to post it. The weather was unfortunate and this is the first time since buying the condo that there has been a storm with such a long outage. You mentioned that I never called you back. I did call back with an attempt to offer something back for the dissatisfaction and it was difficult to talk to you as you were extremely rude to me. I am sorry that we could not provide a happier ending to your stay. To all future guests please be assured we will do all we can to make your stay better.
