This is an extraordinary end-unit townhome in The Timbers. Designed to be super cozy and relaxing with a large sectional sofa and 65" TV, open kitchen, downstairs laundry and a half bath-Has a deck off the living room. Upstairs is a split bedroom plan each bedroom is large with an on-suite bathroom, 43" stream TV, lots of windows and very quiet. Premium King-Sized beds in each room. Superfast 1G speed internet. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT-1 Pet with a fee. Pet must always be with the owner. Pool is open late May through Labor Day.

This is a small enclave of townhomes near FSU but a quick shot to N. Monroe too. Established, well maintained, quiet upper classmen and owners.



Getting Around:

Near Tennessee St, Ocala, just a mile or so to Campus and the Stadium.



Other Things to Note:

There is a community Pool and Tennis Court-Also the dumpster is located on your right as you exit San Luis to White Drive.



Interaction with Guests:

I live about 4 miles away and will not be interacting with guests other than by phone or app

The townhouse was really nice. It was clean snd brigth. We never found the iron snd ironing board. So were wrinkled all weekend. I absolutely did not like the entrance. The entrance is aroud the side/back of home. There were no atuomatic lights and no full sidewalk. It would be great to let guest know in advance. That is the reason for four stars. Now that I know, I would stay again.

Everything at works great The washing machine that you seem to want to fill up on cold or warm water I think the sensor is not working but was able to fill it up on hot water everything was fantastic enjoyed the place would recommend and I would recommend and we wouldrent again

The good - bed was mostly comfortable, a/c works great, televisions in each bedroom upstairs and main room downstairs, wifi works great w/ good speed The bad - bed pillows are either too flimsy or too firm, bedroom tv remotes did not function properly, not enough wash cloths in bathrooms, walkway to enter townhome is awful (if raining, expect to have muddy shoes) Overall - a decent place to stay if needed but do not expect luxury

It’s a nice place to stay would be better with a little more cleaning outside and closing up the holes where the wires are plugged in with the tv. Over all a nice place to stay.

Met our needs perfectly

I’m not saying this is a lush resort but it was ideal for us. We were in Tallahassee for the regional baseball tournament. Getting back and forth to the games was so easy. With 3 of the 4 of us being 6’ or taller we needed 2 king beds. I highly recommend this place for game weekends.

Up and coming

We enjoyed the location of this unit. Close to Downtown area, but still a very quiet neighborhood. Front room with a great sectional to gather for the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked refreshing. Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were memory foam, so very comfortable. Many areas have been updated, but some still needed attention. Kitchen area was great with new appliances and counter tops, owner to add more ultensils to make it more user friendly. Owner was great in his response and quickly resolved our AC issue. Overall a good experience and would rent again.

Communication was awesome along with the roominess that suited our needs. We definitely hope to be staying there again when we travel to Tallahassee.

Great location....

The overall property was excellent. There were a few problems with broken furniture, but communication with the property manager was good. They need regular coffee pots in rentals and better pillows. Please feel free to bring your pillow and a regular coffee pot, coffee, sugar, etc... Their pillows are hard as rocks. The property is centrally located to food, shopping, and FSU stadium. Steve is a great communicator. Would stay again, now we know what to bring or not to bring.....

Wonderful Stay

This was a wonderful little home for our trip to relax and not have definitive place to be at any certain time. The couch is AMAZING and the perfect spot for relaxing! The only complaint - the pillows were all extremely hard and very uncomfortable and the bed in one of the rooms was very firm and it was difficult to sleep well.I would suggest some more items in the home to make it a little more cozy - maybe some small blankets for the living room and come chairs on the little patio.

Was a cozy stay here. Unit was good. The closet doors in one of the bedrooms was broken, but we didnt use it either way. There is a musty smell coming from the dishwasher thats noticeable upon entry.Other than that, the atay was great.

Steve's place was an absolute delight. Veey safe neighborhood and close to shopping and entertainment! We loved the huge sofa! It fit all 4 of us easy for hanging out and watching TV. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds slept excellent! The kitchen was great, as it was equipt with plenty of cookware and utensils. I was able to make breakfast and dinner daily! Parking was easy, with plenty of availability. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!

Adequate

The place was aduquate for our needs. You can tell it's been a rental for a while, it's a bit shabby. Loudest dishwasher we've ever heard but at least there was one there! Hot & cold in both showers was reversed. Walls are thin. Neighborhood was VERY quiet but we were there during the week between Christmas and NY so the entire town was pretty quiet. It was tricky finding the place. All in all, it was fine for the price!

Great Time!

This is the perfect place to stay in Tallahassee. It is in a central location, close to FSU, downtown, nightlife and shopping. The place is very clean, roomie and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway to Tallahassee. Thanks Steve for your hospitality and making everything as simple and easy as possible.

Great FSU game day location

The property is exactly what the pictures show. Huge couch will hold 6-8 people. This is a great location for anything close to FSU. We would definitely stay again!!
