Be one of our first guests at The Isla at Beachplace. This beautifully updated 4th floor unit, elevator access, is filled with natural light and features breathtaking Gulf views from almost every space in the home with a private wrap-around balcony. The residence is steps from a private beach with powdery white quartz sand, gentle rolling waves and cotton-candy colored sunsets. Whether you are looking to relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle or are looking to stay active Longboat Key has endless opportunities!
Upon entering the residence you will immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf through the floor to ceiling windows in the living space. The unit features an open concept floorplan, wrap around porch, granite countertops, in unit washer/dryer and plenty of storage space.
Retreat to your private primary bedroom and ensuite where you can enjoy sunset views through the expansive floor to ceiling windows.
Your guests will find comfort in the cozy secondary bedroom which features two twin sized beds and has access to the secondary bathroom.
The Isla is located at Beachplace, which is a highly sought after location situated on the south end of Longboat Key which allows for easy access to St. Armands Circle, Longboat Key Club, and St. Regis (coming Summer 2024). The Beachplace community was just selected as part of the prestigious "The Sarasota 100, Moderns that Matter" awarded by Architecture Sarasota and offers 5 star amenities, including private beach with chair set-up, heated pool/spa, covered kids pool, gym, pickleball and tennis courts. Longboat Key is a dream beach destination with some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, never-ending fun in the sun and some of the areas best dining.
