Downstairs:
-Queen bedroom with plush mattress and linens, & smart TV
-Kids bunk room that sleeps 4 (individual twin beds between the bunk beds, trundle and single bed.
-Bean bag chairs and smart TV so the kids have their own area to hang out and play.
-Shared full bathroom between the lower floor bedrooms.

During heavy winter months (mid-December through February) AWD or 4WD is recommended.

In heavy winter months (December through March) AWD or 4WD vehicles required. Driveway is flat but getting from Banner Elk up the mountain can get icy during storms. Tire chains are sold and installed in Banner Elk, if needed.
1) Pet-friendly with $150 pet fee for up to 2 pets. Pet reservations must be made ahead of check in. If you decide to bring your pet last minute reach out to us and we can request the pet fee. Unauthorized pets not on the reservation will be charged a $250 fee.

2) No smoking in the house. If smoking occurs a $250 smoke remediation fee may be charged.

3) Back to back guests are often. A late checkout or early checkin may be provided if available. Authorized early check-ins may be possible for a nominal fee (if available). Feel free to reach out for pricing and availability.

Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $75 per hour since cleaners have to wait outside.

4) Trash must be placed in bear-proof bin.
