Sunshine bright home with front and back porches is steps from Tampa's famous Bayshore and perfect for families or groups attending Gasparilla events, sporting events or Bayshore Blvd events. Large kitchen, two driveways and an artistic boho atmosphere.
The space
This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is the perfect home away from home for your time in Tampa. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and well-appointed adjoining dining area where you can share a meal and relax. Chandeliers and art everywhere and a large family room with grand piano and overstuffed sofa plus large TV over the fireplace. If you must work, enjoy our designated workspace. Relax in the ample living space or outside on the front porch or back deck. Enjoy romantic living and a water view during your stay.

Guests will receive a 4-digit access code that opens keyless entry on the side door.
Other things to note
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the home will be charged a $1000 fine. Pets under 30 pounds with pet fee allowed.
Please no more than 8 people in the house at a time and no parties without prior approval from the property manager. We understand family gatherings but we are not a good party house. The house is full of art, antique and mid-century furniture, chandeliers, and a baby grand piano so please be aware and respectful.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The Sunshine House is close to Tampa Bay's Bayshore and is perfect for outdoor exercise. There is a mini private beach at the end of the street and many folks fish there and up in other public areas near the house and Bayshore. You can watch the triathletes, walkers, joggers and strollers from the front porch. We are close to many activities here in Tampa that you would ned parking for. You can park here for free and ride our bikes to enjoy Gasparilla, the Air Show, and all of the holidays. We celebrate all of the holidays here.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We are steps to the Bayshore, which has the longest continuous sidewalk in the U.S. and is great for outdoor fun and healthy exercise. You can bike continuously and see the whole city from the Bayshore. The house has two driveways for ample parking. It is also a great place to take in a cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the runners, cyclists, and pedestrians on a weekend trek past you toward the Bayshore. The house is eclectic, cheerful and bright! We have a basketball court in the backyard too!
