Nice little spot with ocean view

The stay was overall great. The beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets. Some minor cleaning issues with sand but other than that it was clean. The only hassle is the elevators and parking garage but that it beyond owner control. Perfect view of the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation trip to Salty Shores Retreat was welcoming and inviting. The check-in was short and easy. The apartment was vey spacious with a nice view. The rental property was under construction which made parking a little difficult. The elevators were extremely hot, unbearable, and the wait time was very long. The furniture needs a deep cleanse due to sand, stains from water, and food particles on it. The shower heads and drain spout need replacing due to mold and mildew. I didn’t like the fact there was hair throughout the entire house especially in the restrooms on the towels, walls, and in the showers. All in all I’d give them a 7 out of 10.

We had a mixed experience at this condo. On one hand the location was fantastic and the condo itself was lovely. We generally love the space and the amenities provided. However, we were very disappointed with the lack of communication from the host and a couple of issues within the unit. When we arrived, we had trouble getting into the condo and immediately tried to contact the host through both message and phone calls as well as Vrbo. We never received a response not on the first day and not for the entire week we were there. This was very concerning. If we had a more serious issues, we would have had no support. Additionally, the cleanliness was major problem. The couch was very dirty with stains all over it, and we quickly discovered that all of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty with still food cake on them from the previous guests. We had to wash every plate, cup and piece of silverware before we could use it. On top of that the TV didn't work for us. It would power on but we were unable to watch anything. These were both issues the host could have easily addressed if they had responded.Overall, while the condo has a lot of potential, the complete lack of communication from the host and the significant cleanness and maintenance issues would make us hesitate to book again.

Shores of Panama Staff

The stag is very rude. Very. The property was fine but our room was not clean. Garbage not emptied and the couch needed to be cleaned. Sand all over floor and counters. Is a very large property so much patience is needed when trying to get elevator.

Everything we expected!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an awesome little unit with unobstructed gulf views which we love. Everything was neat and clean on arrival. Salty Life was great about keeping us updated on our stay and what and when to do upon arrival. The resort itself is great, especially the pool. It's very convenient, with a Walmart just across the street. Close to some great restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. I truly have no complaints.
