The layout connects the living room seamlessly to the deck, creating an indoor-outdoor flow that is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.
Kitchen & Dining: The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. It features stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Whether you`re making coffee before a beach walk or hosting a family dinner, you`ll have everything you need.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The Primary Suite is a private retreat featuring a comfortable bed and its own dedicated en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious and well-appointed, easily accessible to the second full bathroom. Both bathrooms are updated with clean lines and modern fixtures.

Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM): To respect our neighbors and comply with the Middletown noise ordinance, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please ensure all cigarette butts are extinguished and disposed of properly.
Furniture Care: We want you to be comfortable, but please do not rearrange large furniture. Please be mindful of food and red wine on upholstery.
Parking & Access
Driveway Only: Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars maximum. Please do not park on the street or the lawn.
Extra Vehicles: If you require parking for more than two vehicles, please contact us before arrival so we can assist with arrangements.
Climate Control: Heat Only: Located in the living room.
Trash & Recycling (Middletown Pay-As-You-Throw)
Trash: All general trash must be placed inside the designated Yellow Bags. Please do not throw loose trash or grocery bags into the large bins; it must be in a Yellow Bag to be collected.
Recycling: Recyclables (plastic, glass, cardboard) go loose into the recycling bin. Do not use Yellow Bags for recycling.
Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking
BBQ Grill: Feel free to use the outdoor barbecue! Please brush the grate clean after use and replace the cover once the grill has cooled down.
Pantry Items: Occasionally, previous guests leave behind consumables (spices, oils, snacks). You are welcome to use them, but the host takes no responsibility for the condition of these items.
Pet Policy We love our furry friends and are happy to have them join you! To ensure we can keep this property pet-friendly, please adhere to the following:
Furniture Free: Please keep pets off the furniture and beds.
