On a 2nd floor, a PentHouse apartment, with big windows, from the floor to the celling and a terrace on 2 sides. In a fantastic spot with breathtaking views to the sea and to the mountains. In the middle of Olive tree and Mimosa gardens. Small condo with 4 (3 floors) buildings, 2 pools , gardens , children play ground .... 300 m from the sea, 6km from Herceg Novi (a 12century marble city) 30min drive from Dubrovnik. For 7 guests maximum in 3 rooms (2 real bedrooms and 1 double sofabed in the living-room) , 2 bathrooms , equipped with luxury. 2 Pools: one big infinity pool and a children pool (open during the swimming season from June to September , sometimes till October) if the pool was not available during your stay , during the swimming season, we will refound you 20% of your renal price. If you do not accept this condition please do not book!!
As the majority of properties in the Kotor Bay our condominium is located on a slope of a hill. This position gives superb views, calm, fresh air but will be better for rather healthy guests.

If your group is 6 or 7 guests 1 or 2 guests will have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
