This spacious 2 bedroom / 2 full bath is now ready for all your fun times. Convenient location to downtown Saugatuck (<2 miles, 35 minute walk) and Douglas city center (<1 mile, 15 minute walk). This Townhouse is renovated and looking forward to guests looking for easy living with water views. Primary suite has sliders to the first level deck where boats and nature abound. The nearby Harbor is walkable and offers a fun restaurant/bar during the busy season. Also walkable is Oval Beach for Lake Michigan fun, Mount Baldhead for walking and hiking plus the Root Beer Barrel, bike, kayak rentals and more! Enjoy yourselves and try all the wonderful restaurants, bars and shops close-by. The living room couch is extra long and extra deep and can easily sleep an additional adult or teen. In total this spectacular townhouse can sleep 6 people comfortably. Additional photos coming soon!

Perfect location near Lake Michigan

Great location just a few min from downtown areas of Saugatuck & Douglas. Perfect size for family of four. Lovely home with great amenities.

Fabulous stay with friends for a weekend. The space was clean comfortable and included everything needed. We happen to be there during Venetian Festival and got to see spectacular fireworks show from the deck! I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in Douglas

Audrey is a fantastic host, communication was excellent. We were able to get into the house even though the power was out, the house was very clean and very comfortable.

Comfortable, spacious, and luxurious

Need a place close to downtown Douglas or Saugatuck? Then look no further as this 2 bedroom condo is such an amazing stay. The beds are very comfortable, the condo itself is so nice, and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Nice townhome! Great location

This townhome is nicely furnished, and in a perfect location to walk to the beach, coffee shop, and the Rootbeer Barrel. This was a last minute booking, and we had to initiate communication about checking in and arrival procedures. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean & comfortable, great location near the water

New, clean, and spacious condo with all of the necessary amenities. We loved the upper deck for enjoying the sun and views of the water and marina. The condo was walking distance to everything in Douglas, and just a short drive to downtown Saugatuck.

Short stay for July 4th holiday

Great location and property was very clean. One full bath on main floor and other full bath in lower level adjoining the 2 bedrooms. Easy communication with owner and wine waiting upon arrival. Can walk to coffee shop for morning coffee. Nicely appointed. Would stay again.

Great Week On the Lake

Really enjoyed All the Stays. It's right on the water. The rooms and kitchen were comfortable and spacious. We brought kayaks, and could drop them right in the lake behind the townhome. Our favorite part was grilling out and having dinners on the upper deck. So relaxing.

The Best Stay!

I stayed at Audrey's place with my three girlfriends for our annual trip together and we had such a wonderful stay! The townhome was immaculate and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We loved the location -- quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Audrey was quick to respond to any questions we had and also checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you to Audrey for a comfortable stay -- we would love to come back in the future!

Great get away

We really enjoyed this condo. When a repair was needed, the owner was quick to respond and it caused no problems for us. We love the quiet location. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable furnishings. There are stairs so if you cannot handle stairs, this may not be the unit for you.

Cute condo on the water

This condo is located on the waterfront within easy driving distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Douglas and Saugatuck. The decor is cute and comfortable for a weekend or short-term stay. I would not recommend a long-term stay (more than a week) for the following reasons: - The beds are very firm, which was not comfortable for me. They would benefit from the addition of a 1- or 2-inch topper. - The kitchen is not equipped for cooking meals. There are no tops for the pans, no dishes appropriate for baking anything, etc. We didn't try the outside grill, but it's electric. - The outside areas (entrance and lower balcony) are needing a lot of TLC (cleaning and repairing).

Great location, on the the water,withl ocal wildlife!

This place was amazing for a family of all ages!The location is in an ideal location between both dowtown areas of Douglas and Saugatuck, and Oval Beach. A quick drive in any direction is met with an easy drive or shuttle ride! The local wildlife love to graze off the edge of the water. We got to see a doe and her faun hang out in this quiet location for close to an hour! It truly was quiet and serene. Not sure if another weekend might have change this or not, but it was great.The actual townhome was big enough for 6 people including 2 children, and 4 adults! The 2 showers worked well for everyone! The beds could be bigger but we made it work. (The kids wanted to sleep with us most of the time).This place also had so many iitems we wish that ha not packed. This included the beach gear and small cooler. There was also an abundance of household items like towels bedding plate, and ware. Again we brought all this and truly wish we hasn't. That is what an outstanding rental is about.Lastly checking was a breeze, completely comfortable, easy, and stress free. The check out just as smooth. The keyless set-up is awesoaweYou are not required to do much. We did do the laundry ,which is on the main living floor, mostly because of the great location!Overall this is a premium location, with more than you can ask for, at a great price!Well done to this team and owner! We are very thankful and greatfult to be able to focus on the memories not the amenities!

Proximity to Saugatuck is what drew us into this neighborhood but we've really enjoyed the Douglas area as well as going to farms, vineyards, breweries and quaint towns nearby.

From a location standpoint, it's such a great combination of quiet but you can definitely find fun and adventure! The property itself is updated, clean and very comfortable - it will feel like you're at home.
