713 Winter Trout is a BRAND-NEW beachfront home with a breathtaking ocean view. This lovely new construction home will have 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 2 living rooms and an above ground pool on the main floor deck overlooking the ocean view. 713 Winter Trout will comfortably accommodate up to 23 people and is dog friendly with a fee.

On the main floor, 713 Winter Trout has a large open kitchen and great room overlooking the ocean. Take in the view while cooking, eating and relaxing on the couch while watching TV. The gas range, new appliances and double wall ovens make it a joy to stay in to cook your favorite meals. Moving forward, the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom are located on the main floor, with their own en-suite bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a king bed and a tub and separate shower, while the guest bedroom has a king bed and a tub shower combo. The powder room is located near the great room for easy access.

Up on the 2nd floor are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths: 3 king bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms and an office with a full futon. 2 king bedrooms share a jack and jill bath with a tub shower combo. 1 of these bedrooms is at the back of the second floor and has direct access to the shared deck. The last king bedroom has its own en-suite bath with a shower, and direct access to the shared deck as well. In the middle of these rooms is the 2nd living area with an amazing ocean view, and access to the large back deck.
There are 2 hall bathrooms with tub shower combos located upstairs, for bunk room occupants. The 2 bunk rooms both have one full over full and one twin over twin bunk beds.

The property has many unique features that make it stand out. The beautiful bamboo flooring throughout is sure to catch your eye, as well as a 3-car garage with room to park 3-4 more in the driveway. The property has high speed wifi and 8 TV's, one in each bedroom and the living room. This property is currently streaming only, allowing you to access all your favorite streaming applications. The elevator is available for guest use, if you have any questions, please reach out to guest services. Lastly, there is a wine cooler in the kitchen and an electric car charger in the garage, with the ability to charge any electric car. Another cool component of the home is a standby generator, giving you power during storms or hurricane season.

The View: The above ground pool is a highlight of the home, located on the 1st floor back deck. This deck is screened in and will definitely be where you spend most of your time enjoying the view.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty.

Also included in your rental are up to 23 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
