Salmon Fishing Adventure Cabin here near the famous Tippy Dam.
Looking for that perfect getaway, take it easy at this unique modern cabin in beautiful northern Michigan. Located in the Manistee National Forest, the cabin is close to everything from World Class Salmon Fishing at the Tippy Dam to hiking trails and kayaking the Manistee River. There is a world-famous disc golf course close by in Udell Hills and the Michigan Snowmobile trail runs through town for some great mountain biking in the summer months. Manistee is close by with its rich history, fabulous restaurants and of course, Little River Casino. Spend the day at Sleeping Bear Dunes, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course or historic Fishtown! Go tubing down the Manistee River or Take an exciting raft adventure on the Pine River. The cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin beds in an extra sleeping area off the living room area. It has a full-size kitchen with a stove and fridge and a clothes washer along with a small dining area. Outside is a tiki bar and a fire pit where everyone gathers as well as a barbecue area.
Lake Elinor is a short walk across the street with a nice swimming beach, the Manistee River is a short drive and adventure in the great outdoors is waiting for you.

I am a professional artist and have been all my life. I own property in South Florida as well as Northern Michigan. I spend my winters painting and doing shows in Florida and spend the summers at my cabin in Brethren Michigan. I have two cabins on a lovely piece of property in this tiny town near the Tippy Dam where I create art and enjoy the Michigan summers. I live in Cabin 1 and rent my other cabin for others to enjoy the area as well.

My property is the gathering place of Brethren. It is across the street from the township park, a block from beautiful Lake Elinor and 4 miles from the Tippy Dam and the Manistee River all the while being in the Manistee National Forest. We have worked hard to renovate the cabins, have a wonderful fire pit, host a Cornhole Championship several times a summer, and have the only traditional Palm Frond Tike Bar in the area.
