Este condominio en planta baja ofrece 2 dormitorios cada uno con su propio baño. El espacioso dormitorio principal con cama King está equipado con ropa de cama nueva y TV LCD montada en la pared de 32 pulgadas. El segundo dormitorio ofrece 2 camas individuales, TV LCD montada en la pared de 32 pulgadas, ropa de cama nueva y baño privado.

La sala de estar espaciosa y luminosa tiene un enorme televisor LCD de 47 pulgadas para todas sus necesidades de TV y puertas corredizas que dan al balcón cerrado y un sofá cama.

En la cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno, encontrará todo lo que necesita si decide no comer en uno de los restaurantes del hotel.

Great property & location, but terrible prop mgt

I had been trying to communicate with the property mgt company or owner for months with little to no replies. We were staying for a baseball tournament close to this property and I needed details to coordinate with the rest of the team. It took VRBO support to get in touch with them and we finally gained access to the property. The property is perfect…. Just need a new management company

EXCELLENT . We had the best sisters weekend ever! This rental was absolutely PERFECT! Location was wonderful the pool is literally in the backyard! Beds were so comfortable. It was spotless. Lani was so relaxing. WiFi worked perfectly. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was great with communication. I frequently rent from VRBO (minimum of 6 times per year) and this unit was by far the best equipped (pool toys, books, games, baby items, cooking items, blankets, pillows…..) I have ever experienced. We will definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and cozy. Felt like home away from home. All the extras are there. The washer and dryer were super helpful. Overall, great experience and will stay again for our next Orlando trip.

Vacation

Beautiful community and very well kept area. The condo was clean and very nice. Made our stay in Orlando very good and not to far of drive to Disney World or Universal Studios. We will definitely be back soon.

Littles vacation

Husband and I took our littles to Florida for their vacation spot this year. This area we stayed at was perfect not too far from the places we wanted to visit. The house was clean and very spacious for us all. Loved it was close to the pools and the splash pad for the kids. Only thing I would change would be the glass tables due to having kids. Also for checking out it asked for us to wash a load of laundry (towels/sheets)but didn’t provide the laundry detergent. I did go buy some due to wanting to wash our own clothes but if not for that we wouldn’t of been able to do a load before leaving.

Great family vacation accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, everything needed was available and the unit was located right next to pool. Clean, spacious, comfy beds and a great selection of board games and books. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice, needs cleaning supplies for guests

We stayed 7 nights and loved it. The place itself was wonderful, the property was just as nice. We were short on cleaning supplies which included half a roll of paper towels, 3 dishwasher tablets and window cleaner for the 7 nights. Nothing for cleaning the counters or floor besides a broom and vacuum. Contact from the owner was very minimal.

Beautiful Resort

The property and villa was beautiful. Very clean, no hassle checking in or checking out. The only issue we had was the AC was set at 73. That’s not a problem during the day because we weren’t inside. At night, when the day was a feel like 102 it was pretty hard to sleep.

Florida Getaway Time

The location was very picturesque and quiet. The property was tastefully furnished; and stocked with everything we needed. The property location was convenient to many attractions and activities. Had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

Family fun

My family really enjoy this resort especially with the pool directly behind the property made it very convenient. The place was very cozy and love the open kitchen, we cooked dinner almost every night. Definitely recommend this place and would definitely consider coming back.

Great place to relax between Park visits

Two adults and three teenagers were very comfortable here. The place looked just as nice as pictures. There was everything you could need and extras. The thick pad for the sofa sleeper was terrific. beds were very comfortable. There is a small pool basically in the backyard and we enjoyed it several times. Just know that it closes at sunset. We were disappointed because we wanted to use the hot tub on our arrival night. Ended up not having time to use the other facilities, but everything looked great.

Very nice stay

We had stayed in the property complex before this trip. This unit is easy to access and close to the entrance/exit. The end units are always easy for loading and unloading belongings. We liked the condo because the furniture is comfortable and beds were great. The only drawback was the temperature setting for ac. It was nice during the day but it got hot at night. Although there are ceiling fans, bring another fan if you sleep hot. Overall very nice condo. Thanks Lee for your quick responses.

Perfect Spot!

We had a wonderful trip! The condo was perfect! Very clean! Close to pool- lots to do for the kids. We were there for a tournament at Northeast Regional Park and the location was perfect- very close! Perfect place for relaxation and fun

My family and I booked this place last minute when we planned our 4 day trip and lucky for us it turned out great! Place was very clean and just like what they show in the pictures. It has a large kitchen which I loved to cook in fully sized master bedroom and bathroom and one additional room with two single bed for kids. We loved the screened in patio and how close the condo was to the pool. It had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the garbage disposal but was taken care off on the same day we alerted the owner. The location also has a large pool area, bar. Volleyball are and more. Also note if you are a fitness fanatic, the gym is not accessible to renters but We were very happy with our stay.

Location was perfect for our universal studios & gator land visits.

This property had everything we expected in a vacation home! The villa was comfortable clean & secure. The pool areas were awesome as well as the staff!
