- For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

- It is not allowed to receive visitors.

- Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

- Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.
