Enjoy your stay in the West End of Greenville in our Mill Village House

Welcome to the recently updated 2 bedroom 1 bath home in the heart of 'West End' Greenville. You are just a couple minutes from DownTown Greenville. Walking distance to Unity Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Greenville Drive Baseball at Fluor Field, Falls Park on Reedy.

Conveniently located with easy access to I85 and 385 the major highways in the area.

Lottie B’s Casa is fully equipped home, pet friendly, and available for just days to many months and anything in between. You are greeted with the warmth of the family room adjacent to that is a great work space and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are on the left side of the home with the front bedroom with a Queen Bed just off the family room and Master bedroom with comfy Queen Bed as well off the Kitchen, with attached bathroom.

The bathroom is something to be admired…Custom glass, tile, lighting, and more. We hope you like the little touches of rod iron pipe used as towel racks and toilet paper holders. The hook rack is refurbished original wall stud from 50+ years ago…we just love the warmth this adds to the bathroom

You will love the custom finishes and furnishings in this home. Granite countertops, gold finishes throughout, stainless steel appliances, spacious French Door fridge, a stove and oven that is smartphone ready and easy to use.

Two Smart TV’s mounted on the wall, one in the master bedroom measuring 30”, the main TV mounted in the Family Room with ability to adjust towards the kitchen if preferred. In the Family room is seating for 5…a comfy leather couch and two super relaxing leather chairs. We hope you like the recycled Solar Panel as our black board. Everything in this home has been thought through for the vision of making a warm welcoming experience for all our guests.

Guests will be able to enjoy all the outdoor activities available for free in Downtown Greenville…Free Music at Noma Square, Festivals and Eateries all year long. Easy walk to the Commons offering; coffee, baked goods, a couple cute eateries, and local pub with dozens of choices of micro brews.

West Greenville, is known for its Art District a couple miles away from the home. West Greenville offers a little more relaxed vibe with tasty delicacies from Rise Bakery, or fantastic pizza at Coastal Crust Pizza, relaxed atmosphere at Margaret Bar, and much more down on the West End.

The location was close to everything we needed and was the perfect size for my son and I visiting for a soccer showcase. We enjoyed the local shops and restaurants in our down time and were very comfortable!

Great location very close to downtown. A bit of a drop on either side of the driveway. Just need to be careful when getting out of your vehicle.

Perfect house in great location

Nicely renovated house perfect for easy access to Unity Park and downtown. We walked the Swamp Rabbit trail to downtown with a stroller and 11 mo old grand child as well as rode bikes. Best of all is the 5 min walk to our son’s place. Easy transaction all the way.

Justin is super attentive and it is a great little house with everything you need. Close to town and quiet neighborhood. I would go back for sure.

This was a small quaint house where the owner shared the history of the home prior to renovation. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway

This place was the perfect place! Cute little neighborhood. Easy to get to and from downtown in a couple of minutes. It was great home base for our weekend trip. Would definitely consider rebooking if we came back. 😊

I’m from Chicago, spent a decade out west in mountains chasing every last turn in the fluffy white stuff we call snow. In the summer enjoying outdoors on mountain bikes, hiking and camping, or just river rafting. Came to Greenville, SC because it has 3 out of the four right in our backyard and getting out West to ski is still enjoyable. Truly love calling Greenville, SC Home! My kiddos love it, we are thriving here and excited to share our slice of Heaven on Earth with you.

This property is a mill house…built some 70 years ago with rough cut lumber designed for small family where, dad walked to work at the mill and mom stayed home watching after the kiddos and household…it just brings you back to a time where kids used to play baseball in the streets with sticks for bats and shirts or hats for bases…Jackie Robinson and Shoeless Joe Jackson played in baseball right down the road in Greenville in the Black Spinners Negro League, forever changing the dynamics of baseball and our love for others who may not look like us, may not come from where we have, yet are endowed with their dignity and respect the same creator, God!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This quant little house comes with a ton of character….lol, door ways that are all uneven, the original builder must have had one eye better than the other bc every doorway is slanted in similar direction…brand new flooring, over an uneven structure….some from 79 years of settling, some from the same issue that caused the doorway to be uneven. You’ll love the granite countertops, the custom pallet wall and the very clean and custom bath shower…truly a piece of beauty.
