Experience the charm of this tastefully remodeled 1930s home in the heart of Uptown Martinsville. Perfectly located within walking distance of the Virginia Museum of Natural History, YMCA, and all uptown amenities. If you enjoy spending time outside, the Gravely-Lester Art Garden and the J. Frank Wilson Park are within a 5 minute walk of the house. For race fans - Martinsville Speedway is short 4.8miles (10 minutes) drive. Follow us on social media @rivercityretreats

This home was perfect. We were in the area for a wedding. This home was lovely and met all of our needs. The home had three spacious bedrooms with two baths. The home was nicely renovated and had lots of special touches to make it feel like home!

We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend you stay here if you are in the area. There is an abundance of charm, the space is roomy and there are all kinds of interesting spaces within the home. We indulged in the back yard and sat on the front porch. Rebecca is a tremendous host who is helpful and very responsive. 10 of out 10!

This property was fantastic! The space was plentiful and very well decorated. It felt like a real home. The owner left all sorts of treats and special touches. Would highly recommend!

Great and Cozy Place

We had a great time in a house that has been extensively renovated. Very well done. The home feels warm and cozy and we felt that way while there. We will absolutely stay here again if available when we return to this area. Highly recommend to anyone traveling for business or travel.
