Come stay in this unique, comfortable apartment, centrally located to make your stay as convenient as possible. Complete with all furnishings, kitchen tools, and bed linens, you can relax and kick-back while you enjoy your favorite streaming service on our large, 55" smart TV, connected to fast, reliable wifi.

This apartment is located on the third floor (must climb stairs). Our property manager lives on-site so you can have all your questions answered super fast.

Parking is free and unassigned, but we do ask that guests do not block the lane in the back.

Laundry is complimentary and located on the bottom floor. We provide all new washers and dryers.

Guests are provided an access code for entry into the building and a unique code into your individual apartment unit.

Guests may use the parking lot to park your vehicle(s). There are no assigned spots but we ask that you do not park directly at the back of the building.

The outside of the building and parking lot is video monitored 24/7. There are cameras in the entry and exit areas only. There are no cameras inside the individual units.

Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this building or on the balconies. Guests are asked to smoke 200ft away from the building. Violators of this rule are subject to a $200 ozone-cleaning fee and may be at risk of immediate eviction with no refund.

Please keep all noise levels to a reasonable volume between the hours of 10pm until 8am.
