The master suite features a king-size bed, private bath, and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, spacious closet, and an adjacent full bathroom. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island with seating for six, seamlessly connecting to the living room where you’ll find a sleeper sofa and two inviting armchairs. An oversized, two-car garage offers added entertainment space. The Cottage on Lakeview is designed for year-round enjoyment. In summer, take advantage of easy access to the lake and beach across the road. Fall brings brilliant foliage and crisp air perfect for leisurely walks, while winter offers cozy retreat after a day of snow-covered adventures. A beautiful cottage very close to the water with beach access. The cottage was very clean and well kept and fit all of our family’s needs. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great cottage in LC

Everything was new and clean. Was very well stocked with everything we could need. We really enjoyed our stay. The location to Lake Missaukee, and other Family members was perfect.

Quick getaway

Property was everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway for golf and relaxation. Would definitely consider staying here again. Lake City was a nice little town and the property was very close to Cadillac as well!

Immaculately Clean and Beautiful!

Property was extremely clean, up-to-date, and well maintained! Just steps from the beach, it was a fantastic experience staying here. Perfect getaway for a solo individual or small family. Neighborhood was also great with very friendly neighbors!

Clean & Adorable

Very nice and clean home. You can tell the owner does a wonderful job organizing and keeping up with this house. The surrounding area was beautiful. We didn’t do much in the area due to a family reunion but I can imagine a family would really enjoy their stay and the lake access. I would highly recommend renting this amazingly clean home.

Lake City family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs. The rest of our family was staying at a house on Lake Missaukee. It was so nice to have this lovely, quiet house to hang out in. Very thoughtful touches like water bottles in the 2nd refrigerator.

Everything was exactly as described! Beautiful house inside and out! Communication was excellent! Great location and would highly recommend as well as would book again when in the area! We were in town for a travel ball tournament and the house was so cozy made us feel right at home! Thanks again for letting us book your beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cute yellow cottage on Lakeview. It was extremely clean and modern, had a lovely kitchen with a view of the lake across the street and was well stocked, including spices, oils, and a cupboard with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The neighbors were friendly, always waving as we sat on the front porch or walking down the street. The garage/extra living space was also nice for remote work and hanging out when it was windy out front. A close drive to Lake City where we had a yummy lunch at Hammer’s, ice cream at the Tasty Treat, good bourbon and service at BowRight.

Amazing!

The Cottage on Lakeview is an absolute gem. We loved our stay. The house was incredibly clean and filled with amenities. It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing vacation in Lake City. The community was so polite and quiet. The beach access was perfect for hours of reading a book with the sand between your toes and the giant front porch was the best place to sip a fresh cup of coffee in the morning while looking at the lake between the houses. Can’t recommend the property enough and we can’t wait to visit again!
