NOISE ORDINANCE
Please be mindful of the quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am, which include turning off all outdoor lights by 10:00pm. This ensures peace and serenity for everyone in the area.

POOL
Available from March 1st to December 1st. The pool is kept at temperatures in the low 80s, but it may cool off at night due to the high altitude and desert climate.
Heated Pool Availability:
For guests seeking a resort-style experience, the pool may be heated during cooler seasons for $200 per night.
Heating is available during:
• March 1 – June 1
• September 1 – December 1
Please provide a minimum 48-hour notice for pool heating so our team can ensure the perfect temperature upon arrival.

POOL HEATING NOTICE
Please note that if nighttime temperatures drop below 50°F, maintaining the pool at a comfortable temperature may be challenging despite our best efforts. This is due to the natural limitations of pool heating systems in colder weather. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning accordingly if you intend to use the pool during colder months.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Please use the provided drawstring liner bags for trash and avoid throwing loose garbage into the cans in the garage.

We’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost items or deliveries before or after your stay.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM; Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation. Approval is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If accommodated, an additional fee will apply.

-Shuttle services are available for airport transfers and local tours. Many shuttle companies offer service between Sedona and Phoenix, as well as day trips to the Grand Canyon.

Taxis & Ride-Sharing:
-Both Uber and Lyft operate in the Sedona area, providing on-demand rides to local attractions.

* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
