The Space:

Tucked into a quiet corner of Windsor at Westside Resort, this spacious two-story townhouse gives you everything you need to settle in and make the most of your time in Central Florida. Whether you're planning theme park days or slow mornings by the pool, the layout is built for groups who want room to breathe - and the location puts the resort's entire amenity village just a one-minute walk from your front door.



Living space

The open-plan ground floor flows easily between the living and dining areas, giving the whole group a comfortable place to unwind after a day out. Room-darkening shades throughout the home mean everyone gets the rest they came for, and the dedicated workspace means those who need to stay connected have a proper spot to do it. A patio and backyard extend your living space outside, and a BBQ grill makes alfresco meals easy on evenings you'd rather stay in.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across 7 beds. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are each fitted with queen beds, offering comfortable space for adults travelling together. Two themed rooms bring the magic for younger guests - a Frozen room and a Mickey Mouse room, each with single beds designed to spark a little excitement before the big park days ahead. A crib and pack 'n play are also available for the littlest travellers.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basics including pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. A coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle handle the morning routine, and a high chair and children's dinnerware are ready for families with young ones. To get you started, the home provides an initial supply of essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels.



Bathroom

Four bathrooms serve the home, including the master en-suite. Each is equipped with hot water, a hair dryer, and shampoo. A bathtub is available for a longer soak after a busy day. Washer and dryer in-unit keep longer stays easy to manage.



Resort amenities

As a Windsor at Westside resident, you'll have access to a full resort amenity complex just one minute on foot from the home - one of the closest positions to the clubhouse in the entire community. The resort features a pool with a splash area and lazy river, a fitness center, a Tiki Bar, the Tu Casa Bar and Lounge, a market and deli, arcade games, sand volleyball, multi-purpose courts, and a concierge service.

Private outdoor space

Your own private pool sits just outside, perfect for cooling off between outings. The backyard and patio give the group outdoor space to relax without leaving the property.

Situated in Kissimmee, the home places you within easy reach of Central Florida's biggest draws. Walt Disney World is approximately 8-10 miles away (around 15-20 minutes by car), Universal Orlando Resort is roughly 16 miles (20-30 minutes), and SeaWorld Orlando is about 12 miles (20-25 minutes). Disney Springs is approximately 10 miles away. Orlando International Airport is roughly 27 miles, typically a 30-40 minute drive. Downtown Orlando is approximately 25 miles, around 35-45 minutes depending on traffic.



Practical details

The home offers self check-in via smart lock, free street parking, and Wi-Fi throughout. A one-car garage provides additional convenience. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Window guards are fitted, and a first aid kit, smoke alarm, and fire extinguisher are all on site. Please note: there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property.
